I hired them to service my PT unit but was quoted a service charge upfront. The technician arrived and said he couldn't get the replacement parts needed for the job. When I received the bill, it included an extra $225 for cleaning the coils - which seems pointless since the repair wasn't done. This company has some questionable business practices, charging unnecessary fees without being transparent about what's going to be done.
