I am thrilled with the cleaning service I got from Best Maids. First of all, the Maid brought all of her own cleaning supplies, including her own vacuum cleaner. Yes!!! (I hate it when a cleaner shows up empty handed and spends the whole time asking me for everything.) Also, my cleaner worked the entire time (did not take breaks and worked four full hours) and did a great job. Finally, she was quiet and polite, which I really appreciate. She also asked me where I wanted her to start, which is very considerate. The best service I have ever had, very professional. Best Maids really is the best!

Best maids is the best, I mean where do I start their scheduling staff is super responsive and able to help out with accommodations when it comes to last minute cleaning when needed in a pinch, Daniela and Nathalia are always very efficient and get back to you in a timely manner and working as a maintenance manager at an apartment complex this is very helpful and I am beyond grateful for the Best Maids team. Their cleaning is top notch as well and if there is something missed they take care of it right away leaving without a doubt the job will get done properly no matter what never have any issues with their service.

I’ve been using this cleaning service for years. Not only are they affordable and fairly priced, but the people that come over are so reliable and do an amazing job. I’ve used a few cleaning services for my 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome before, and it was a struggle getting someone responsive, dependable, and detail oriented. I’m so glad I found Best Maids! Ingrid did a fantastic job cleaning all 3 floors of my home, and it smelled amazing when I walked in. The communication was great. I received a text a day before to confirm, knew what time she was arriving, and received another text one hour before she was done. Highly recommend!
