UPDATE on 3/30/26: SuperPHC are in breach of contract: They never pulled a permit, which is likely why they're ghosting me about arranging an inspection. Both were spelled out as requirements to do the work. Now, I'll need to hire another contractor to secure an inspection of SuperPHC's shoddy work.

Run the other way from these scam artists. DO NOT pay them in full before seeing their permit.

I can’t recommend this company.

Before installation of a new steam boiler, there was no meaningful discovery process to determine what boiler size and configuration would adequately and efficiently heat my home. I had to push repeatedly to clarify scope and revise the contract to include items that should’ve been addressed from the outset — including review and adjustment of return/feed piping (neither of which they did).

After installation, the boiler required multiple return visits to address leaks and pressure adjustments that should have been identified during proper testing and commissioning. We are now beyond 30 days, and despite the inspection being included in the contract, I have had to initiate the process myself after repeated assurances it would be handled.

The system is significantly noisier than my prior boiler, despite assurances to the contrary. I also asked repeatedly for justification of the boiler selection and was given performance claims that do not align with the manufacturer’s published specifications.

At this point, I am left questioning the thoroughness of the installation and the company’s willingness to stand behind its contractual commitments.

Proceed with caution.

UPDATE on 3/2/26 — 6 weeks after install, after they’ve been back twice to fix leaks, the boiler is leaking again (I would share video, f I could)
