I couldn't be around for the actual service so I paid ahead of time and they went and did the job when I wasn't home, so I was worried it might not be to standard and I would have been out of luck. But when I showed up it was better than I imagined and really made my life easier to start the week. Would definitely recommend to anyone else who needs cleaning or snow removal.

Terrible experience. Used the wrong product on my new cabinets (a degreaser) and wrecked them. The guy who runs the company said he’d continue to use the same degreaser on other peoples cabinets rather than take responsibility.

Be warned- they’ll leave your home worse than they found it then be obnoxious about it.

Clean Popo was a life saver! My car was BURIED under mountains of snow- both sides, front and back. There was no way I could dig it out myself. I contacted them and within hours my car was completely dug out and clear of any snow. I even had an appointment in the city and wasn't able to be there when they arrived. I paid half up front, arrived home to see that my car was completely dug out and paid the second half of payment. An incredibly convenient and trustworthy service in this crazy winter we're having! Terrible service.they don't want to wet mop on the floor. Maids don't have their own gloves. They want to use your gloves,paper towels and bleach .the maid vacumes bath room first and then uses the same vacume for the rest of the house. After so much argument the maid mops the bathroom with my mop and then she used the same mop for the kitchen. Same thing with gloves. First she wiped toilet and cleaned the bathroom with my gloves and then started cleaning the doors and windows for bedroom with same gloves. They take your Credit card information first so that you can refuse to pay. After they left and after paying two hundred dollars for deep cleaning I have to clean the windows again because so much dirt left on them,wet mop the house and clean the switch boards in each room and have to make sure that the doors are properly cleaned. Total waste of time and money. Never again ....horrible experience. Please stay away from this service.

I just hired Clean Popo for a Move-in cleaning. They did a great job and my condo is cleaner than I've ever seen before. They were very professional and worked hard to ensure everything in the unit was like new.

The cleaning ladies did a great job, however the business owner was rude, misleading, and unprofessional. When we first spoke over the phone, and i was quoted 2 maids, for two hours of service. When they showed up at my house, there were 3 maids and they took their time which ended up being 2 1/2 hours. When i looked at my credit card statement, i was charged for the extra person as well as the extra time. I argued back and forth with the owner asking why they would send an extra person and take extra time without clearing it through me first. He wouldn't budge. I ended up calling my credit card company and reporting the payment as unauthorized, which allowed me to get my money back that i overpaid. I would never trust this company even if you get a quote first. There are plenty of other trustworthy cleaning services in Hoboken that will give you an honest price and straightforward quote. Terrible company. Wouldn't recommend this to my enemy.

Well run business. Owner is very responsive and quick to action. Had hired clean popo for my new apartment and an issue had arose. The owner called me within hours and personally fixed everything. Very happy with how everything came out. They truly care about their customer base.

Used them for the first time after I had a Super Bowl Party. Cleaned everything up including scrubbed the dished, the oven, and all those returnable shiny cans! Bathroom was spotless, everything was dusted, moved and cleaned under my couches, vacuumed, mopped, and my apartment smells unbelievable. Also the staff was very nice and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone

I live in a large 3 bedroom, and for the first time in 5 months, my roomates and I decided to have our apartment cleaned for the first time. When Clean Popo was finished, our apartment looked brand new. Clean Popo is very accommodating and professional. After researching several cleaning services in Hoboken, they were the only ones that seemed genuinely interested in what we were looking for/ following up with us. I live in a large 3 bedroom with 2 roommates with very different schedules. They were more than happy to accommodate a time that worked for all of us. They did a great job and the place looked immaculate. They cleaned in spaces we didn't even realize needed to be cleaned. The cleaning staff was friendly and trust-worthy.
