Constantin did an exceptional job for us cleaning up 2 very worn couches, 1 very worn arm chair and 2 machine wool area rugs. I cannot speak highly enough about Constantin, his ability to fit us in quickly, arrive on time, and do the work with his partner beautifully. His is a professional operation, start to finish! I also found his pricing to be reasonable considering the quality of the work that was done for us. It is a pleasure to recommend this man and his company.

Constantin did a fantastic job cleaning a 75-year-old Oriental rug that’s a family heirloom. He offered pickup and delivery, and recommended proper care and maintenance for this rug. Would highly recommend Constantin, especially for vintage or antique rugs!

After a few bad accidents my dog had on the sofa due to serious health problems, my sofa smelled horrible, like something died on it, and was completely unusable. Anything that came in contact with the sofa picked up the strong odor. I was certain I was going to need to throw it away but figured I’d at least try to save it if I could. I’m so glad my first call was to Constantin. He was able to send someone out within a few days. They were very professional, thorough, and friendly, but most of all he was committed to getting the job done right. It ended up taking more than one cleaning to eliminate the odor, that’s how bad it was. I watched how thorough the first cleaning was, so I felt they did all that could possibly be done, but unfortunately after the sofa dried the smell returned. I talked with Constantin about it and said I was sure the sofa was beyond saving but he readily offered to come out and try again. I was blown away by how committed he was to getting the job done, and the price was very VERY reasonable. Months later I am happy to say the couch is as good as new and odor free. After this experience I can’t imagine why I would ever call anyone else for all my upholstery cleaning needs. Customer service like this is very rare these days, and I promise you will be very glad you called Constantin! I can’t say enough how happy I am with the service. Thank you Constantin and Izmir!!

Words can't describe the phenomenal service I received from Constantin. I entrusted him with a small but incredibly valuable lotus silk carpet we picked up in Cambodia last year. After returning from a trip, we discovered a mysterious stain on it—our house sitter claimed no knowledge, although a questionable cleaning attempt had clearly been made.

Given the unknown origin of the stain and the delicate nature of lotus silk, I thought the damage was irreversible. But Constantin took on the challenge with care, patience, and incredible professionalism. He went above and beyond, consulting with his network and meticulously working through the restoration process.

The result? An absolute miracle. The carpet was returned to me in flawless, brand-new condition. I genuinely had given up hope, but Constantin made the impossible happen. I’ve used Constantin and his crew for 6+ years —both in my home and in the common spaces of our condo building. He is incredibly responsive, professional and thorough with a genuine pride in his impeccable work. Most recently we had a massive paint spill from a construction project and thought we might need a full replacement of the wall to wall carpet. Attached are before and after photos of the area. What’s not shown is my jaw on the floor at how Constantin returned this to practically new. 5 stars, but only because I cannot select 100 stars. Highly, highly recommended!

I highly recommend this cleaning service. I reached out through a form on their website, and within an hour, I received a phone call from a live representative. They were able to schedule the cleaning for the very next day, and the house absolutely sparkled afterward.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded and accommodated our need to have the cleaning done ASAP. Although the company listing says Hoboken, they came out to Hewitt, NJ, without any issue.
For the record, other companies I submitted estimate requests to have still not even called or emailed me back.
