They responded quickly when our insurance was approved and were willing to work with my schedule. Our air conditioner now works better than before they arrived. Excellent company to deal with.

Nice people. The same day that we called for an assessment of our problem, they came. Our furnace was over 25 years old, so we decided to upgrade it rather than fix the expensive parts. They offered us a great price and installed it the next day. They took 4 hours to remove and replace the old furnace, then fine tune it. The company offered a warranty, and they will fix their work and stand behind it if something goes wrong in the first 5 year period. We are very pleased with the professionalism and neatness of their work.

Whoever is giving these reviews may not be as accurate. This review is honest and real. They seem really nice at first and try to fix your AC. When it’s not working, they do not send a technician to come check on the AC. They keep apologizing and say they would send someone when they don’t. When you ask for a manager, he is never around. You don’t get a courtesy call from them on when the tech would arrive. They know how to take your money but don’t address the problem with the AC once it’s not working again. Look up their BBB and you will see all the negative reviews. Those reviews are legit. Please disregard all the other reviews as my review is more recent. They try to take your credit card number in order to do business. Do not give them cash! You will never get your money back if you want a refund. They also take your AC to some weird place to “fix” when I don’t think they ever fixed anything. I seriously would not use them.

P.S: if this company is going to put some comment saying I’m fake. I’m not because you have a court order against you where you owe us money. Until then, I will not remove this comment until you pay me back.

I had A P tac unit that stopped running. I called this company and I realized I had to pay a service charge no problem but after telling me that they could not fix the unit because they could not find the parts they cleaned it and charged me an additional $300 now why would you clean a unit that was unrepairable since then, I’ve called 20 or 30 times trying to reach a manager called Winnie. He refuses to get on the phone and refuses to address the matter. Do not call this company. It is a scam.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. At first they seemed nice, but they took the motor from my AC unit and said they need to order another part and have since been dodging my calls. Either they don’t pick up or when they do pick up, they keep changing their response - I have been told multiple times now that the technician has the part and will be coming to my unit but then
the technician never came and every time someone actually picked up the phone (after about 50 tries), either they hung up or gave me a very different story for what the issue was and why they weren’t committing to their own word/ timings. Unfortunately, I had to suffer through no AC in this extreme heatwave as my AC part is with them and they won’t even come to return it - I want to believe them and hope they will do the right thing and either fix it or return the AC part but I’m losing faith with every day that they don’t give me a response or pick up my calls. I was told by Jay and Binny on separate calls that they were trying to find part and that they will return the motor but then I was met with silence and ghosting again. Really disappointed and frustrated.

Had both of my suburban gas units which had failed compressors replaced with electric Midea units. Much quieter easier to clean, the process was quick and pain free.
