I had a busted radiator that needed fixing pronto, so I left a note on their website and within hours, Chris got back to me. It was Wednesday afternoon, and they said their next opening wasn't till Friday morning between 9 am and noon. They sent someone over about an hour before that, who took one look and told us we'd need a new valve and pipe. I appreciated the technician putting shoe covers on his boots so he didn't scratch our floor - little touches like that count! He left for a bit to grab some parts but managed to fix it all in one go. We had another radiator with the same issue, which he sorted out within a few hours too. The total bill was $650, which I thought was reasonable enough. Chris's communication was super fast and hassle-free, and the service was solid since my radiator isn't leaking anymore!
