Constraction reviews in Holmdel, New Jersey

I can't possibly say enough good things about Jason and his crew. He renovated my kitchen quickly, efficiently and beautifully. He treated this project as though he were working on his very own home. He was professional, detail oriented, always available and extremely clean!! I now have my dream kitchen and it is absolute perfection! We couldn't be happier. I would use Jason over and over again for any future project. Perfection must be his motto and perfection he achieved!

If you are thinking of doing any type of remodeling on your home, we highly recommend Precision General Contracting (Jason Germano, Owner). We’ve used them numerous times over the years—from a simple bathroom remodel, to a complete gut and remodel of our entire upstairs, featuring a fabulous master bath, to our most recent project: our basement. We had a flood earlier this year, and it was utterly destroyed.

Jason is the consummate professional, and his attention to detail is meticulous. His workers are efficient, clean, and take pride in their work. We also appreciate that Jason schedules his projects so they are completed in a timely manner. From demo to final inspections, our basement was finished within the timeframe Jason gave us.

Jason is also extremely responsive with questions and concerns, and is a hands-on owner who is on-site nearly every day. He has vision, and goes above-and-beyond to make sure his projects are beautiful and well done.

We give 5 starts to Jason and Precision General Contracting, and will absolutely use them again.

Our bathroom was being renovated by another company. The job they were doing was awful. My husband researched other companies and found percision. Jason and his team were amazing. They came in and undid everything that was done. My bathroom looks amazing. I would highly recommend them. I would also use them for another project.

Precision General Contracting recently completed a major renovation in my home which also included a large addition. From start to finish, Jason exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From the onset, his proposal was very detailed showing all materials and their related costs. If there were any tasks needed beyond the scope of work, Jason immediately communicated what they would be and was fair and reasonable in his costs. Each day, both he and his team showed up on time and would clean throughout the day. Jason was always very responsive via phone, text and email throughout the project to ensure we were comfortable with its progress. I would absolutely recommend him for any home improvement project, and we plan on hiring him again in the future.

I’ve worked with many contractors in the past- I’ve never worked with anyone as thorough, honest and talented as Jason. He takes pride in his work and accepts nothing but perfection. He has a great team as well- Pasquale and Mark are so talented and easy to work with. Construction sites are generally very messy, but my house was left spotless at the end of everyday that work was being done. I will never use or refer another contractor. Jason is the best!

Jason and his team are extraordinary. Their work is exceptional. Jason has remodeled our 3 bathrooms and just completed remodeling our kitchen. He is meticulous and his attention to detail is outstanding. Every craftsman working with Jason and every vendor he recommended for tiles, cabinets, stone, fixtures and appliances were so easy to work with and very accommodating, professional and respectful.

Jason and his team took on the difficult task of remodeling our kitchen. Throughout the whole process he was responsive, knowledgeable, and hands on. The work his team produced, in a house that presented him with many unforeseen issues, was spectacular! He was especially attentive to the budget and when he gave a price on something he stuck to it. If you want high quality and an honest contractor, look no further. I will definitely be using him again for our future projects.

Jason and his team were fantastic! They removed a dividing wall that needed a new support beam. From day one the guys were great and we felt super comfortable and confident in our decision to use them. They carefully prepped for the job. They covered all furniture and flooring to secure there would be no damage done; in addition to a lot of other prep work. They were highly professional, efficient and the the craftsmanship was superb. In addition to a job well done, and in a timely manner, Jason was always on top of the work and communicative. We highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again for future projects as well.

My husband and I hired Jason to renovate our entire home in Colts Neck. From day one, Jason exceeded our expectations. Jason is exceptionally dedicated to his clients. Every day, he and I communicated about what was going on in the house and what I could expect to happen throughout the week. Jason completed our ENTIRE home renovation (approximately 3,000 sq. ft.) in about eight weeks, from demolition to finishing touches. Jason knew we were on a tight timeline with a new baby and selling our prior home, and he promised that he would have us in by a specific date, and he kept his promise. His entire team was terrific to work with -- they were extremely courteous, and their work ethic was truly unparalleled. Every day, a team was working at our home, and by the end of the day, the worksite would be meticulously cleaned up. I am truly so thankful to have had Jason and his team complete my home. I would highly recommend Jason, as he is an wonderful contractor.

We hired Jason to renovate our basement. The entire process was so easy compared to other renovations with other contractors. Jason is an absolute professional, timely and a great communicator. These qualities are not easy to come by with contractors. His team is amazing - respectful of your home and leaving it immaculate at the end of every work day. I highly recommend Jason for any home renovation project!

I couldn't be happier with Precision General Contracting -- and that's saying something as I have worked with many contractors in the past and have never been happy with the service I received. Jason is thorough, clean and responsive. He responds to texts or calls immediately and is always open to discussion. Jason gives realistic time and cost estimates. The fact that he communicates so regularly helps to build trust all along the process. I have two young children and he and his staff always left the place as clean as possible before he left for the day. I was also impressed by the vision that Jason had for my home. He made and executed on suggestions that truly made a meaningful differences in the final product. Of note is the pride with which Jason does his job -- it's almost as though my house was his house. I would highly recommend Precision General Contracting to anyone who is looking for high quality, meticulous work!

Jason was recommended to us by fellow Holmdel residents.
He renovated our kitchen & 3 bathrooms.
He and his team planned the job well and were able to deliver in record time! All his sub-contractors (Melo, Mark, Mike etc.) are very skilled & knowledgeable about what they do. Jason finished our renovation in two months, surpassing our expectations. They were cognizant of the fact that we had kids and were as quick and efficient as possible. Unlike other contractors, his team works Mon through Fri (& even some Saturdays) to get the job done vs. working 3 days a week & taking 6 months to do the job!
They were thorough and meticulous, gave recommendations when necessary, and were very professional about coming back to finish up loose ends. His recommended vendors were easy to work with as well.
We will definitely use Precision General Contracting (Jason) again and highly recommend him!

Jason and his team did an amazing job renovating our over 100 yr old home. With a home this old you expect stress with renovations but I can honestly say that wasn’t the case. Their knowledge on how to make sure we achieve our dream home was great. What once felt like a small home now feels so spacious and welcoming. I highly recommend Precision Contracting. Jason is organized and his subcontractors are great. He communicated with us every step of the way and kept to his word with scheduling and pricing.

We have worked with the Jason for major projects in our house, including a kitchen, knocking down a wall, creating a brand new deck, renovating floors, and bathrooms. He heads an excellent team of construction workers, who are smart, reliable and trustworthy. He also works with a great team of plumbing, air/heating services, etc.

Jason communicates often , works expeditiously and is confident and manages challenges well. My children have asthma and he made sure his team cleaned after each workday. We also got creative when it came to keeping my nervous dog away by putting up a temporary wall to block an area of the house.

He is experienced. He understands current trends and listens to his clients and I highly recommend him.

I have worked with Jason Germano and his team at Precision General Contracting on two major projects in our: a basement renovation and a large-scale kitchen renovation with an extension including a deck.

From start to finish, both projects were completed to perfection and within our timeline. Jason is detail oriented contractor and his attention to even the tiniest of detail is amazing, . In addition he is always available at every stage to address questions or concerns. He was hands-on and present on site almost daily, ensuring that subcontractors met exact specifications, which gave us a lot of relief and peace of mind.

Jason is very flexible and is always willing to collaborate closely with the interior designer of our choice. His transparency in all aspects—from contract details to schedules and timelines—made the entire process seamless. In addition he always kept us informed of any re-arrangements he did in the schedule. He provided clear expectations and kept us updated at every step, eliminating any doubts or guesses about the progress.

The scope of our kitchen project was overwhelming, but Jason and his team kept everything under control, adapting plans to address any unexpected challenges along the way. He consistently went above and beyond, always willing to engage by phone or text messages to discuss any aspect of the work.
Additionally, the worksite was kept pristine throughout the project. Jason and his team ensured there was no mess or debris left lying around, cleaning up daily to keep our space tidy and livable.

The quality of the finished project speaks for itself; Visitors to our home are always impressed by the work and almost always ask who our contractor is.

It is truly rare to find a contractor so deeply invested in client satisfaction, striving for nothing short of perfection and delivering it as well. We highly recommend Jason and Precision General Contracting without hesitation. If you're looking for quality, reliability, and someone who truly cares about the outcome, Jason is who you want.

Jason Germano did a fantastic job with our home renovation. He performed on schedule and made several valuable suggestions along the way that proved out to be excellent decisions. Mark was on site, took pride in his work, and has terrific skills. They worked extremely well with our designer and met them on site when needed. We have been through quite a few renovation projects over the years, and can strongly recommend meeting with Jason to discuss and plan out your next home project. As a homeowner, renovations can be very stressful and hiring Jason is a big step towards completing your project on time, with tremendous satisfaction, and with a lot less stress.

We used Precision General for an upstairs addition to our current home. Jason was very consistent and timely with updates, information and schedules. He kept us informed the whole way through and was quick to respond to any questions and answer or resolve any concerns. He and his team did excellent work and we have already recommended Precision General to several neighbors and friends.

I can’t say enough about Jason. He was always punctual, responsible, and professional. His quality of work is amazing and his prices are competitive for premium contractors. I loved that he recommended a few small upgrades BEFORE he started, that he thought would be worth the money. That way I wasn’t “surprised” with extra costs that were beyond my budget. I’ve recommended him to many friends and family members over the years. When working on your home, you certainly don’t want to take chances with “discount” contractors. Do yourself a favor and hire the professionals! You won’t be disappointed.

Jason and his team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We gave him a hard deadline and he exceeded expectations. Always kept the construction area clean. Always stayed true to his word and even though we completed our project months ago he still returns my calls and texts immediately. His attention is to detail is impressive. Don’t hesitate to work with Precision. Honest and reliable and excellent craftsmanship. Can’t ask for anything more

Jason handled a major addition and renovation for our home, and the results exceeded every expectation. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things done correctly were evident at every stage of the project. He’s a true professional who takes pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way.

What really set Jason apart was his communication — he’s a great listener who genuinely cares about his clients’ vision. He was always responsive, patient with questions, and proactive in providing updates and recommendations. The combination of craftsmanship, reliability, and strong communication made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless.

If you’re looking for a contractor who treats your home as if it were his own, Jason and Precision General Contracting are the team to call.

We've lived in our home for 9 years and with our growing family + the competitive housing market, we decided against moving and instead hired Precision General Contracting to build an addition and gut renovate the existing. Jason is hands down the best at what he does and he has a phenomenal team. We absolutely love Mark and Pasquale and miss seeing them everyday!
They not only work quickly, but they are efficient and meticulous at what they do. You can trust that what is under the hood is as equally high quality as what you see on the outside. Jason does not cut corners and takes pride in doing the right job. We are constantly receiving compliments on not only how beautiful everything looks, but how fast everything got done. I cannot say enough how much we truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. It is definitely not easy balancing and managing so many major moving pieces on a daily basis with all of his subs, while also dealing with his clients' requests, questions and managing their expectations. Ever since moving back in after construction was completed, I wake up everyday in awe that this is actually our house. Jason not only built us a house, but he helped create a beautiful home for our family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
