General Contractor reviews in Holmdel, New Jersey

Called for a consultation and never experienced such an unprofessional response. Clowns

Top notch contractor. Shows up every day. Cleans up every day. Pays attention to every single detail - has taken things apart that were 1/4 inch off! Recommend them every time.

We used Precision General Contracting to add 2 rooms above the garage, bathroom remodeling, and flooring. We are so happy with the way it turned out. His team worked efficiently and they were able to finish this big project within 2 months.

Both my husband and my self are very happy with the work that was completed by Precision . The workers were very hard workers and seemed meticulous as well as personable. Dennis the owner did everything he said he would do - He was present on the job - he charged what he said he would - and the work was excellent. I am thankful to have had the work done so that I can have peace of mind and Precision made it possible.!

Jason and his team never disappoint. They are super clean, well organized. Completed everything on time. Can't wait to use them for our next renovation.

Precision General contracting did an excellent job in my house. They completed a full bathroom , mudroom and laundry room renovation professionally and at an extremely competive price. The owner, Jason , even went above and beyond the renovation by replacing all the electrical outlets in the back rooms free of charge and without being asked. I highly recommend Precision for any household conttacting jobs you may need.

Jay and his team completely renovated my 1950s ranch into a beautiful 2 story colonial. The work was top notch all around, from demolition, to framing to finishing touches. My house was immaculate throughout the whole process (which was the best part for my ocd, type a personality). His attention to detail is something I have never seen. And people are absolutely astounded when I tell them how smooth the process was from start to finish. Even months after the build was done he will still come by to help with little things here and there. I would recommend him and his team 10 times over!!!

We hired Precision to add an 2nd floor laundry. Experience from start to finish was very professional. All contractors were expert in their trade, very clean and completed all components in a very timely manner. Jason ensured worksite remained very clean and organized. I have had several remodeling projects done in the past and Precision was the best experience by far! You will not be disappointed....!

We used Precision for a big, invasive two story addition. It took over 6 months because of the scale of the project. Jason and his crew were professional, courteous, hard working, informative, and easy to get in touch with. The work ethic was top notch. The attention to detail is incredible. If it sounds a little too good to be true , it isn''t. this is that contractor that gets the job done right. I highly recommend this contractor for both small and large scale projects. I have even had to call them back a couple times for some issues that were not a part of the project and they have been very helpful.

Jason is great!! He does great work, is reliable and really cares about every job. This is the second job that Jason did for us. We will continue to use him for future projects!!

We couldn’t be happier with the custom home improvement renovation Precision General Contracting has done on our home. Jay has been extremely professional and helpful in planning out our design from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient. Work is absolutely impeccable. He’s transformed our downstairs into the most beautiful space. Results far exceeded our dreams of a perfect kitchen/living area. Thank you, Jay, for treating our home as if it was your own. Highly recommend!

I've used Precision twice now, once for a kitchen reno and now for a whole house renovation. Both times Jason has been the most professional and conscientious about the work. I would continue to use Precision in any future project and I highly recommend the company. Jason stands way above any expectation you may have with regards to contractors. I cannot stop talking about him and his company.

Precision General Contracting has renovated most of our house, both inside and out. Pricing is always fair. Work is always professional and tidy. The workmanship is always excellent. Most of all the owner, Jason, is always available, professional, and responsive. He puts an immense amount of pride into the outcome of whatever job he takes on and it shows. Any problems are quickly addressed and fixed. We have used Precision General Contracting for 4 major projects and intend to keep using them in the future. I can not recommend them enough.

Jason recently renovated my 3 bathrooms. He was a pleasure to work
with; honest, conscientious, and fair. All of the trade professionals working on the job were talented, respectful and easy to work with. The bathrooms look great. I am very happy with his work.

Excellent work !! Bathroom came out amazing
Really fantastic person to work with and we will continue to use Jason on projects

PERFECTION! Precision General Contracting was outstanding. Everything was immaculate while it was under construction, budget friendly and Jason was a great communicator. My bathroom was completely renovated within 2 days. It is exactly my dream bathroom!! I can’t wait to hire them for my kitchen next because I know it will be AMAZING! Thank you for everything!

I can't possibly say enough good things about Jason and his crew. He renovated my kitchen quickly, efficiently and beautifully. He treated this project as though he were working on his very own home. He was professional, detail oriented, always available and extremely clean!! I now have my dream kitchen and it is absolute perfection! We couldn't be happier. I would use Jason over and over again for any future project. Perfection must be his motto and perfection he achieved!

If you are thinking of doing any type of remodeling on your home, we highly recommend Precision General Contracting (Jason Germano, Owner). We’ve used them numerous times over the years—from a simple bathroom remodel, to a complete gut and remodel of our entire upstairs, featuring a fabulous master bath, to our most recent project: our basement. We had a flood earlier this year, and it was utterly destroyed.

Jason is the consummate professional, and his attention to detail is meticulous. His workers are efficient, clean, and take pride in their work. We also appreciate that Jason schedules his projects so they are completed in a timely manner. From demo to final inspections, our basement was finished within the timeframe Jason gave us.

Jason is also extremely responsive with questions and concerns, and is a hands-on owner who is on-site nearly every day. He has vision, and goes above-and-beyond to make sure his projects are beautiful and well done.

We give 5 starts to Jason and Precision General Contracting, and will absolutely use them again.

Our bathroom was being renovated by another company. The job they were doing was awful. My husband researched other companies and found percision. Jason and his team were amazing. They came in and undid everything that was done. My bathroom looks amazing. I would highly recommend them. I would also use them for another project.

Precision General Contracting recently completed a major renovation in my home which also included a large addition. From start to finish, Jason exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From the onset, his proposal was very detailed showing all materials and their related costs. If there were any tasks needed beyond the scope of work, Jason immediately communicated what they would be and was fair and reasonable in his costs. Each day, both he and his team showed up on time and would clean throughout the day. Jason was always very responsive via phone, text and email throughout the project to ensure we were comfortable with its progress. I would absolutely recommend him for any home improvement project, and we plan on hiring him again in the future.
