I have been going there for years for dry cleaning and alterations. Great service and rectified issue when there was one.

I have been using Crystal Palace cleaners for about 2 years. First time I brought back a pair of pants that were hemmed unevenly, the desk clerk started screaming at me about how my body was uneven and it was not their fault. After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve, I walked out! Horrible customer service. Lost a customer forever over a $12.00 hem!!

Absolutely terrible service!! Super racist!

My mom wears a headscarf and she walked in and was completely ignored. People who walked in after were tended to right away.

The other customers even told the business that my mother walked in first and they continued to ignore everybody just so they don’t help my mother out.

My mom left the store crying! They refused to help her.

Please don’t give them your business.

Bundled and tied 11 shirts together. Got so wrinkled that I could not even wear them and had to iron myself. Dropped off a brand new suit to be dry cleaned and the pants hemmed. They charged for the hem and didn't do it. Pants looked terrible. Very nice people but sloppy in their work. Will not ever go back.

Awful. Just awful. Had to go back 4 times for the same garment and in the end they didn’t even handle it properly. Person working accused me of giving them incorrect instructions. Woof.

Brought a pair of pants to them that had a color stain in multiple places. Asked them to please do their best to get the stain out.
Came back a week later and they charged me 6.95 and obviously didn’t even try to get the stain out. Just charged me for a washing. Went home and used some vinegar and baking soda and stain came right out.

Just upset that they didn’t even try.

This place is the worst, constant lectures with their opinion on how something should be tailored and refusing the customers orders. avoid

Crystal Palace Cleaners are wonderful to deal with. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve used them several times for alterations and they’ve always done excellent work.

I brought multiple items here for dry cleaning, including a pair of designer jeans and a wool suit. Both were returned shrunk while in the cleaner’s care. I paid in full and was seeking reimbursement for the damaged clothes.

After several attempts to reach the business, I spoke with the owner and we reached an agreement, in person, on compensation for the damaged pants. The following day, the terms changed. I was told the pants would only be paid for if the business could keep them, or that an attempt would be made to stretch them — neither of which I had agreed to.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. In my experience, the resolution we agreed on was not honored, and options were presented without my prior approval. Because of this, I would caution others to be very clear and get everything in writing if clothing is damaged.

I will be sharing photos of the damage on Yelp since they refused to refund the cost of the damaged suit.
