Mattia's did a fantastic job on the fall cleanup of my property. Very professional and had good equipment. They went right to work on arrival and worked fast. I was impressed with their considerations of safety with their trucks having to be in the road. Properly put up cones and were concerned with traffic direction - I live on a busy street.

I wish I could give his business 10 stars! My busy job does not allow me to find extra time to care for a lawn or blow leaves, etc. Thank God for this company! One thing I can say about Matt is he is very fair. He will work with you to give you a honest price and still make sure the work is meticulously done and that you are satisfied with the work. Matt (the owner of Mattia’s) was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, reasonable and exceeded expectations. I hired him to power wash my house and I couldn’t believe how good everything looked when he was done. I highly recommend Mattias Landscaping. Matt and his team did an amazing job grading my back lawn and putting down sod, at my new house! The yard was a disaster, a rocky, uneven, muddy mess and needed a good amount of "repair" and now it looks, as my neighbor said, like a grass carpet, which is not an easy job, here in the Hopatcong hills!! The price was great, the work was done professionally, neatly and much quicker than I thought. I really appreciated, that Matt knows his stuff and did not try to up sell me, at all and is very knowledgeable and informative. I also appreciated, that his crew, was very nice and worked hard. Matt did a great job re-doing my rock bed around my pool. He is so pleasant to deal with. He also helped me with an unrelated crisis. He went well beyond what most landscapers would do! Amazing!

After reading all the great reviews about Mattia’s, I decided to give a call. From Matt’s first phone conversation to the work provided, I knew I made the right decision. Matt listened to my concerns, offered his professional opinion, and together we came up with a game plan. My gardens are now completely cleaned and look amazing again. I am looking forward to working with Matt on all my future landscaping projects. I couldn’t be happier!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Matt (the owner) and his crew. They are:

- Responsive: My calls/emails are answered same or next day

- Reliable/Punctual: They show up when (day/time) they say they will and finish what they said they would get done.

- Professional/Polite: Matt and his guys are always friendly and pleasant to deal with

-Meticulous: Weeding my flowerbeds by hand, avoiding damaging any of my flowers

-Accommodating: When the guy who used to cut my lawn had to retire mid-season, Matt found a way to fit me into his schedule and take over my lawn maintenance. When the forecast showed rain for half of the week, and I wanted a tree planted before a weekend party, Matt found a way again.

-Great at what they do: I am very particular/detailed-oriented person; Matt and his crew met or surpassed all of my expectations.

A part of me would like to keep Mattia's landscaping a secret for the fear that everyone will find out how great they are and they won't have time for me anymore. However, besides knowing that Matt would never let that happen, they deserve the credit and recognition that should come along with great service/work.

We recently moved over the summer, and Mattia's Landscape was very gracious to add me to their schedule mid-season. They are prompt, well-priced, and excellent at their profession. Our property looked wonderful all season, they go above and beyond, we highly recommend them for your outdoor maintenance. Additionally, they respond very quickly to e-mails. Amazing service, amazing people!

The landscape around the house we purchased had been neglected for a couple of months. Matt designed a plan for a major revision of the area. He encouraged our feedback on his design and accomodated our requests, explaining why an idea might be good or bad. He suggested what plants to use, nurseries we should visit to get ideas, how we should care for the plants, and so on. His price was fair, but he would still suggest alternative ideas if we wanted to reduce the costs.

Matt and his team transplanted a couple of large existing shrubs and planted all of the new shrubs. When we asked to re-align some of the shrubs, he was quick to make the change. We are still filling in some areas on our own, but Matt freely offered advice as to what we might consider doing in those areas. The team also laid sod in the front yard and it looks terrific!

Matt and his team worked quickly and efficiently, always cleaning up our property as well as the street in front when they finished working. Matt continually invited our feedback throughout the process, encouraging our input. We'll be contacting Matt again for future landscaping needs!

Mattia’s did a great job of leaf removal from our flat roof. Not a typical landscaping job, but they were quick to respond to our call, very conscientious and reasonably priced. Very happy we found them.

Matt and his gang have always done a wonderful job on my yard. I found him many years ago when landscaper after landscaper stood me up, I couldn't even get a quote from other landscapers. From day 1 Mattia's has been on time, quick to return a call and just nice, trustworthy guys. He values his customers which is nice. Highly recommend.

Matt has been incredibly professional and really helped my husband and I out in a jam. We usually do fall cleanup and the snow removal ourselves, but both of us had health issues and he stepped in last minute.

We just hired Mattia’s Landscape for our Fall cleanup. We had A LOT of leaves. The leaves were no match for Matt and his team and our property looks spotless! We paid a great price too. Highly recommended.

We reached out to Matt because we saw the great work that him and his team do for our neighbors. We were not disappointed. Matt communicated clearly throughout the process. From the initial visit, throughout the design process, the preparation and installation, he was available for questions and feedback. The design was exactly what we wanted as we needed low maintenance but something that looked good. Him and his team were able to beautifully transform our circle and front gardens and in such good time. He also wanted to be sure we were happy with the final project and followed up on making sure everything was in place. And all of this for a good price that he was open and fair about throughout. He always wanted to make sure he was fully transparent and I appreciated that greatly. We would definitely recommend him and we would definitely hire him and his team again.
