They said they would come out on Weds. Between 1 and 2. I informed them, that 1 pm is when I return from Physical Therapy. Stephanie confirmed it the appointment. I told them I was unavailable on Thursday due to surgery. Weds. came, and they called me as I was walking out the door for physical therapy. They wanted to come at that moment. They knew I was going to be unavailable. The technician called and said the office would reach out to me. They never did. I called them, and left a message. John called me back. He was utterly rude to me. He even hung up in the middle of conversing. His exact words was "Bye". Not oh I am sorry, maybe we can come out later this evening. He just wanted to reschudule. The whole idea, was for it to be fixed before surgery. John seemed agitated and really did not want my business. The sad part is, I really wanted them to do the job.

The company was easy to work with after we knew that we needed a new unit they were able to fit Us in right away they cleaned up after themselves there was something that we noticed later that was more of a maintenance issue they came for free and showed us how to not have that problem anymore. I can't say anything about the price because I did not price it out with other companies. I have a 3 and a 5 year old so I needed to move on this right away. The only thing that I would have done differently is chosen a more efficient unit. they told me it was a very high efficient unit and I took their word for it but it did have the lowest Seer rating I priced out the unit and it looks like most of the money that I paid for was the labor not the unit. So if I would have spent another $500 I probably could have gotten a unit with a much higher seer rating. So the company was excellent I would absolutely use them in the future. but if I had anything to do over I would have spent a little more money and gotten a much better unit.

My 86 year old mom used all care to replace her furnace and she is glad I called you guys! She was very nervous about having guys in her house but the 3 techs that came and replaced it (She’s older so she only got ones guys name or that she remembered. She thinks it Jim and also had mention a two guy who looked alike so I’m guessing there brothers) They were very cautious and had worn there masks the whole time. Not only did they act professional they cleaned up after them self and once the new unit was in you couldn’t tell they were there other then the new unit. Her husband had mentioned he could tell all the guys knew what they were doing the whole time also.. They installed a carrier top of the line unit. i plan on using u guys for our water heater at my house.

Service person was on time, polite, professional, and informative. Great price on heater service and helped trouble shoot AC repair! Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

My heat didn't come on and it was very cold I couldn't take it anymore so I called Allcare Heating and Air and spoke to Mike he said he'll be sending Eric to take a look . Eric came on time as promised and he was very professional and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem . I gave them 5 stars , I wish I could give them 95 more ! Very Professional !! Thank You guys , you are My Heating and Air Specialists ! God Bless You All !!

My water heater was not kicking on. I was referred to Allcare from a neighbor who had a good experience. I called them around 8:30AM in the morning and spoke with CJ. He said someone could come by around 11AM. Greg showed up right around 11AM as promised. I explained the issue to him and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a loose cable and within seconds my hot water heater was up and running again. He was very courteous and professional and told me to keep an eye on it and if it starts to act up again to give them a call right away. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be using Allcare for any HVAC needs in the future.

This father and son duo are not only extremely reliable they are experts at fixing a problem the first time and preventing future problems all on one visit. They are so accommodating, and leave my house without a trace of repair , they are so respectful and clean. I highly recommend them!

I was told I needed a repair that would cost at least 1500 dollars. I called NJR for a second estimate and they went up to look at the unit in my attic (allcare did not they were just going off what they remembered from the last visit) and said there was nothing wrong with that part so, I Paid 133 for Allcare to do nothing but lie to me about a repair. NJR repaired the unit for 160 total for the visit. When I called to complain to AllCare the person on the phone argued with me (I had no filters which, I didn't even realize so, in there defense they were working with some potential issues) and then told me they would give me a refund because I'm annoying. Super classy. Hopefully, I actually get my refund.
