Constraction reviews in Irvington, New Jersey

Pedro and his team installed the gutter leaf guards. They also fixed the loose flashings and siding for me. Everything turned out great! And they cleaned up after the work. I recommend their service and will use them again future work!

This company is very good and trustworthy. It is very hard to find a personable trustworthy contractor that cares about his clients. The most important thing to him is taking care of his clients and doing great work. He will go out if his way to make sure the job is done right. Most contractors will give you a quote without thoroughly inspecting the issue. Peter’s General Construnction will do a free estimate and not try to rip you off. One contractor wanted to charge me 2300 dollars for a job and Peter’s General Construnction quoted me 700 dollars for the same job and fixed the issue completely and also did additional work for no extra charge. I will only use this Company for any work done to my roof or gutters moving forward.

Peter did a great job repairing my roof and cleaning my guters.

High winds blew off a few shingles from my roof and Peter’s General Construction were the only company I called to say they could come the same day to provide an estimate. Not only did he come same day, but left after the repair was complete, on the spot. I highly recommend them. Awesome job 👍

Pedro is an amazing technician. He fixed a leak on our roof and was timely, professional, and accommodating. Very friendly service and I highly recommend Peter’s! Thank you Pedro. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to fixing our home.

I hired this company for replacing the roof of my house. I have searched google and read the reviews. Also, I requested estimations through Home Advisor. After all research activities, I have chosen this company mainly because their price was competitive and google reviews were great.
Pedro and his team worked hard and the outcome was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I am so pleased with the customer service and work Pedro has shown me. Called him because I had a leak coming from my roof. He came the same day and assessed the situation and showed me what needed to be done with pictures he took. Came out the following day and took care of everything and more. His pricing is very fair and his work is incredible. He is my go to guy from now on. Thanks Pedro.

Would certainly recommend and use again. I lost some siding near the roof line with the recent high winds. With the threat of a couple of bad days of weather coming to avoid any further damage and for my peace of mind I was in a hurry to get this repaired. Pedro called me back the same day I contacted him, came that same day and arrived when he said he would to estimate work. He gave me what I felt was a fair price and immediately got to work. Not only did he do an ideal job, the inspected the surrounding area for any other issues and took care of those issues for me. Thank-you Pedro.

We used Peter's General Construction to replace an attic fan. They were responsive and were able to come out same day to replace our fan! I should note that this was a job we were trying to get done for a while with other contractors to no avail. It was also not an easy job because we have a small crawl space to an unfinished attic. But they arrived on time, were professional and got the job done! I won't know for sure how well the fan will work until it gets warmer, but I'm looking forward to a much cooler summer! Thank you Peter's General Construction!

This company did quick work on my gutters by removing all the old ones, along with replacing wood and paining then installing new seamless gutters. The price was excellent. They even fixed an area with a gap by sealing it (they did not have to do this). I recommended them to others already. Excellent job.

Mr. Pedro, of Peter's Construction, recently did some gutter repairs for me. The price was reasonable and the work was very well done. He rerouted my down spouts and dug an underground trench to send the run- off rainwater towards the street. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
Later, one one my window shutters came loose. I called Peter's Construction and Mr. Pedro came right away, re-hung my shutter, and refused to take any money for his time and work.
I highly recommend Peter's Construction to anyone that needs home repairs. That company is a God- send for me.
Thank you Peter's Construction and a special "Thank You" to Mr. Pedro!

I met with peters team to see pricing in regards to my roof getting replaced. They provided me with a simple quote that was straight forward to understand and the price was right. They ended up coming on a Saturday morning and working from 8-3 and did my entire roof. I'm extremely happy with their services and I would recommend them to a friend if possible.

I live in NYC and after several years of trying different roofers to repair persistent leaks in my tenanted Orange, NJ house, I called Peter's. Pedro was most responsive, did a thorough inspection on the weekend, and determined the roof had to be replaced.

He started when he said he would and finished within 2 days. Would've been 1 day if it weren't that the plywood had to be replaced too. Peter's was reasonably priced, and did quality work. He's first class.

Called Peters General Construction today to repair siding & gutter damage from the recent strong wind storm we had. First time ive used this company and won’t be the last. Pedro & Jose showed up on time as agreed, quoted a very fair price and did an awesome job on the repairs. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any siding/roofing replacement or repair work done in their home.

Being in the process of selling one home and buying another, I have recently been dealing with several different contractors. Peter’s General Construction has been, far and away, the most reliable and easy to deal with out of all of them.
I needed my roof repaired very quickly for a mortgage approval and not only were they able to do so, they did it with timely responses on estimates, scheduling and billing all while maintaining clear communication at every step. The fact that they also had the best price and did not try to upcharge me for unnecessary work was icing on the cake. The best endorsement I have for this crew is that they will be coming back to install new gutters, windows and whatever else I can hire them for on my new house.
Call these guys if you need your faith restored in contractors.

Pedro responded very quickly to my emergency gutter issue. He was very knowledgeable on the gutter repair/installation and did a great job with the work. He also identified that my gutters were in dire need of cleaning and performed the cleaning work at the same time as the gutter repair. He was very professional and ensured I inspected the work before asking to be paid. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for gutter repair/maintenance/installation.

Pete was hired to replace a broken Skylight in our Playroom. Peter understands the emergency and got the job done in two days flat. The price was very reasonable - including material. Great work. Very responsive and honest. I will definitely use his services again.

Pedro answered our call right away and came exactly when he said he would. He gave us an estimate that Saturday for vinyl siding repair and said he would be back Monday morning to complete the job. Pedro was very efficient and reliable, and he even adjusted a gutter that was askew. We were very pleased with his workmanship. Very professional and courteous too. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Peter’s Construction two times now. Once for flashing/roof repair and the other for a window and gutters. Both times he was very detailed in explaining the work that needed to be done and gave fair pricing. He and his guys get to work quickly and do quality work. I look forward to working with him in the future!

I noticed a leak in the roof in my mud room, and did a quick Google search for roof repair contractors, and Peter's General Construction came up. I gave him a call, and he stopped by my house to take a look 30 minutes later, and he and his crew were able to complete the repairs same day for a very reasonable price. Great communication, fast response, and good price -- what more can you ask for?

I had skylight problems. Pedro was very quick to come out to give us an estimate on skylight replacement and took the time to assess my roof. The work was done quickly and his team did a great job. I would recommend Pedro to anyone looking for a good roofer.
