Small Home Depot, doesn't have everything like a regular size store. Parking is on second floor, store is on first.

Just saw a mouse in the shop. True that is a warehouse but is also full of kids and people and find disgusting that personnel does nothing to avoid it (“it is a warehouse, what do you want to do” was the response”)

Contacted this location to obtain assistance with my HVAC, and was informed they do not provide this service. The website should be updated to provide that correct services provided, oppose to just having a general website which was created by someone not within the business.

I've been subcontracting to SB for years. Without a doubt the laser/brake shop around. Everything we order is right on the money with great turn around. The best.

I was astonished to find out that Karl opens at 0400 so his customers could pick up their orders before regular work hours to eliminate lost time; amazing to find such service in this day and age! I had some stainless steel parts thrown away by accident; I had one surviving piece to use as a template. Karl reproduced the missing pieces to perfection within 2 hours, and at a very reasonable price. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I read a review for this company and the customer stated that this company was a diamond in the rough. They stand to be corrected. This company is a Diamond Company that has already been Perfected. I come from a company of Customer Service for 52 years and there service was excellent. I needed four pieces of stainless steel for the back of my boat and being honest I called about six other companies who were nasty and had astronomical pricing. I spoke to Karl who was a gentlemen, new exactly what I needed when I explained my situation and produced the pieces within an hour and was the most friendliest soul you ever want to meet. All employees should treat their bosses customers as he does! I recommend this company to anyone needing metal products. Tom

Home Depot getting very cheap, hires people have no knowledge or experience about anything, no body around to help you, if you find someone doesn't know

I found that they use AJ Perry only and not fond of theory prices. They are not much cheaper contracted out through Loews or here. I think it should be less expensive to go through these stores. I did not get the work done through them but know the cost is too high through AJ Perry.

First of all this is operated out of a house with no company logo posted anywhere. Called this "company" multiple times to get my fire extinguisher tagged. The girl that picked up the phone told me that they opened at 8, I arrived at 8 and called multiple times with no one picking up. At 8:30, someone finally picked up and said the girl would be in at 9. This place is a joke and a complete waste of time.
