He was unprofessional Mr Tate always late or didnt show up at all. He destroyed my bathroom floor while fixing a plumbing issue. My landlord continually call Mr. Tate to rectify the situation and when finally show up the (work ) he did was subpar and made the condition even worse an essence he really did a patch job. Im very disappointed that he take advantage of my elderly landlord

Edward was fast and hard workers! Cleaned out attic insulation and rodent debris, installed new insulation. Cleaned out crawl space as well. All in one day. Clean and efficient. It was a big job and they stayed into the early evening finishing up with small add-ons that I requested. For such a big job, I thought it was a fair price. This is terrible service. I needed to have the ventilation system of my nail salon inspected for a report to the building department, so I discussed the details of the salon's ventilation system before making an appointment. The inspection was quick, and I paid. They sent me the certification. When the building department inspector asked for the CFM number, they said to wait and promised to call back. From morning until afternoon, I didn't receive a call, and when I called them, they still said to wait. In the evening, they called me to say they couldn't do it, and then they hung up. I called again, and they never answered. Terrible, awful service.

Just saw a mouse in the shop. True that is a warehouse but is also full of kids and people and find disgusting that personnel does nothing to avoid it (“it is a warehouse, what do you want to do” was the response”)

Home Depot getting very cheap, hires people have no knowledge or experience about anything, no body around to help you, if you find someone doesn't know

I found that they use AJ Perry only and not fond of theory prices. They are not much cheaper contracted out through Loews or here. I think it should be less expensive to go through these stores. I did not get the work done through them but know the cost is too high through AJ Perry.

Edwin has completed several projects at my townhouse. Full renovation of multiple bathrooms.. wood paneling.. painting.. door installs.. lighting.. ceiling fans.. electrical.. lots of tile work (floor and wall).. etc.. I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent work at good prices.. reliable and trustworthy. Never had a problem.

Edwin is terrific. Very professional, prompt and a good communicator too. He installed a back door and screen door. He was knowledgeable about little things that could cause problems if not done correctly, and explained these when I asked. We've had several storms and everything is tight. I highly recommend him!
