Honestly, this is the best place I have ever bought a Christmas tree. Hands down.

Varied selection; the plants they sell have been well cared for and are very healthy. Really great prices for what you're getting. Helpful staff. Parking can be tricky. That's not the business's fault, but just something to be aware of. Highly recommended!

Love this place. Having this a few blocks is awesome. The store frequently gets new shipments of plants, they are always well taken care of and the staff is very nice. I frequent the store for repotting and random new pots/ plants. Kudos to the 3 women always assisting me!

Is this heaven? Best place to grab some plants if you are plant parent or even newbie.

Today I bought these two cactus. I had to get a uber since I don’t drive. I had a problem with my phone. I couldn’t use the internet. I asked the staffs if I can use the wifi to get a uber. The staffs tried their best, but they didn’t know the password for the wifi. The staff tried to get a uber with her phone with my credit card, but my credit card was declined. I didn’t have any other card or cash. I asked if they have a delivery service. They do have, but it costs $40, and it doesn’t make sense cause uber would cost around $15.
Then, they offered me a free delivery for these lovely cactus. They delivered these cactus to my apartment on the same day for free!

I was also impressed by the diversity of their plant. I would love to visit and get more plants. The prices are reasonable, and they pot the plants for free.

I've visited this store before and really liked the plants and most of the employees—they've always been helpful and kind. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I had an uncomfortable experience with a man I believe may be the owner. He was a tall, heavy-set man, and the way he spoke to staff and interacted with me made me feel uneasy. When I asked him a question, he stared at my chest instead of maintaining respectful eye contact. After a brief answer, he walked away before I could ask anything else. He also seemed agitated or overly energized, which added to my discomfort. Because of this interaction, I don’t feel comfortable returning, even though the rest of the staff was lovely. I hope the store takes feedback like this seriously—respectful behavior matters.

Purchased a plant on a very cold day and just days later it started to die (we think shock). I called and they told me to monitor it, and if not better, to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back and they replaced the plant. That's great service.

Kinda glad I didn't find this nursery at the beginning of the pandemic when I first turned into a plant mom, lol! they have a much more exotic and wider selection than most but definitely a bit overpriced and I would've been totally broke cuz this place has addiction potential. I did manage to find a Monstera Ginny there which I swore would be the 'last plant I'll ever buy'. Sure. Their accessories seemed more reasonably priced, resisting the urge to go back again.

My bf surprised me by taking me here to pick plants, on him. I picked a Spotted Begonia and a fantastic Burgundy Rubber Tree. My pick has nearly perfect foliage, 6 full stems, and stands about 2.5ft tall for $40. They had one Ruby of the same height, but the foliage was not as healthy or full as the Burgundy ones. There were plenty of trending houseplants to choose from, like assorted succulents, air plants, Calatheas, Snow Queen Pothos, Silver Pothos, and String of Dolphins that hung 2 feet long.

Great collection of plants, both indoors and outdoors. I love their orchid collections, quite some colours and sizes, they last long and maintained healthy. The staff is very helpful, explains well and friendly. Not sure of parking though. Decently priced, may be slightly on the higher side.

Have been going to 14th St. for many years and I love it. The brothers who own the place are very knowledgable and helpful and the staff is very friendly.

Not only do they always have great seasonal plants, but this is also a great spot for Christmas Trees (get there soon after thanksgiving for the best selection).

Came from Manahattan because they had the most beautiful selection and were extremely helpful on the phone before even arriving. They helped me put together a great selection of flower’s. I cannot recommend this place more! I will be coming back for all my gardening needs!

Good variety of indoor plants. I was looking for snake plants & song of india, got pretty fresh ones & also pots for a good rate. Also LOVEDDD the variety of Succulents! Nice & friendly staff.

Vinnie was so helpful. I had a sad deck with no plants and now it is an oasis. He was exceptionally patient with me changing my mind about pots and plants a million times. I cannot recommend them enough they were so helpful. Prices were amazing! Second picture is my sad attempt at a panoramic.

LOVE this garden center!! I’ve bought snake plants over the last couple of years and just bought a zz plant. They re-potted my over-grown plant too. Excellent plant selection, excellent customer service, great pricing. A peaceful atmosphere with fresh-smelling plants. I highly recommend this garden center!

I've gotten so many plants here and they're all thriving (except the ones I mistreated). Can be a bit pricy, but worth it for the quality and opportunity to support a small local business. They do sometimes have plants on clearance, which I enjoy purchasing and trying to rehabilitate. Thank you 14th Street Garden Center for making my home a jungle!

If you're into plants, walking into this place is like being an 8-year-old kid walking into Toys-R-Us. They have a great variety of big hearty dinosaur plants, cool & interesting succulents, and even some exotic tropical plants. They'll pot anything for you for free right there, too (pretty nice selection of pots, as well). Best plant store in Hudson County!

Such a great spot in the middle of a growing concrete and developmental jungle. They have a great collection and variety of indoor and outdoor plants, artsy pot selections and gardening equipment. Some plants are a total steal while some are on the pricier side. You just have to be wise about your pick. Very helpful staff too.

Huge selection of indoor plants and ceramic pots, friendly staff, easy parking. I’ve got most of my houseplants here, they plant them for you which is super helpful.

The staff is warm and ready to talk to you about the plants there. The whole vibe itself is amazing and I love it. If you're not looking to buy plants, I'd even recommend just visiting and taking strolls in their aisles.
