I hired this company for a new construction move-in cleaning. Unfortunately, I was unable to remain on-site to oversee the work, but based on their reviews, I felt confident the job would be completed to a high standard.

Upon arriving on move-in day, it was clear that the construction debris had either been spread around with water or left entirely untouched. I provided photographic documentation of the condition of the unit. The company offered to return and reclean, but as I was already in the process of moving in, I initially declined.

There was a delay in my follow-up, as my child was born the day after the move. Once I returned home, I contacted the company to negotiate having a different space cleaned in lieu of the unsuccessful condo cleaning. I was given the impression that they agreed to this arrangement contingent on my paying the outstanding invoice, after which they would send someone out. However, once payment was made, I was informed that their standard rate would apply. When I raised the original agreement, the representative said they would need to get back to me.

Since that conversation, I have reached out daily via both phone or text and have received no response.
