Big shout out to Matt and Hunter fixing my plumbing issue with my Toilet . They also gave me a military appreciation discount. Will definitely call people plumbing again.

People’s Plumbing was able to accommodate a tight schedule around my new countertop installation, which I appreciated. They arrived on time, installed the new sink and faucet, and everything seemed to be done professionally. At first, I felt confident I had hired the right company.

But that didn’t last.

Within two months, I noticed a slow leak under the sink. I called them back out, assuming their workmanship would be covered under warranty—like most reputable plumbers would offer. During the visit, they found that one of the connections from the installation work they performed was loose and simply needed to be tightened. I would argue it hadn’t been properly secured from the start, as no other work had been done after their installation.

To make matters worse, the plumber tried to blame the issue on the cleaning products stored under the sink—products that had been there for 16 years without ever causing a problem. Now, all of a sudden, they were supposedly responsible for loosening plumbing connections? That excuse was laughable and felt like a clear attempt to dodge responsibility. And to top it off, they charged me over $150 for a service visit to fix what was clearly their mistake.

While I appreciated their flexibility with scheduling, the lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind their work left a bad taste. What should have been a routine job turned into an expensive and frustrating experience.

Bottom line: I won’t be using People’s Plumbing again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who expects quality work and professional integrity.

Sergio came to check and service my AC units. After calling to schedule my appointment the day prior, I received an appointment window. On the day of the appointment I received a text and e-mail notice when he was on his way over for the appointment. Sergio was thorough and very professional. He explained everything he was doing to check the units, and the logistics he was running. He took time to explain to me how I can do maintenance on the units to keep them in top condition. He also came inside to check the filter and operations inside the house. He was very clean in everything he did and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using People’s Plumbing again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - HONEST, SKILLED, TRUSTWORTHY. I can’t say enough good things about Sergio at People’s. During the brutal heat wave we just had, another Company told me my AC was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was devastated. Thankfully, I called People’s for a second opinion—and I’m so glad I did.

Sergio from People’s was incredibly professional, thorough, and patient. He didn’t rush, took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and made sure everything was fully fixed before he left. Turns out, all it needed was a good cleaning, some TLC and a part that cost just $30. That’s right—$30 to repair something I was told had to be completely replaced!

This level of honesty and dedication is rare. I trust People’s completely now and won’t let anyone else touch my AC unit. If you’re looking for a company that values integrity, delivers quality work, and genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. Highly recommended!

Our techs Matt & Ray EXCELLENT very courteous and told me from the beginning what to expect and what may happen but assured me they will do what’s ever needed and it would be up to me if anything else will be needed to do or not but never felt pressured to purchase and at the end I saved a few bucks GREAT GUYS

Justin and Joe were amazing! They did not give up on a big grease clog in our kitchen sink. Kept me informed as they were working and gave us great advice for keeping our drain clear. They were comfortable around my dogs too. Ask for them!

Sergio from People's came the same dayI called.them. He was patient explaining things to me. And temporarily resolved my problem on a very busy day when so many people were having problems with frozen pipes. I will call back in a few weeks to have them finish repairs.

Let me start with the most understanding and compassionate employees!! Needed a service call. They completed the job and even told us what to do in the future to avoid issues. Thank you I believe the names were Serge and Matt.

Matt and Ray came on time, diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly. Explained the heating system and double checked to make sure system was working well. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
