Andy showed up right on schedule for the initial estimate. He was courteous and took the time to break down what needed to be done.

However, during the actual work, some major issues popped up under the existing tile that Andy wouldn't have known about beforehand - they required more labor than initially quoted. The revised rate was spot-on, considering the extra work.

About three months after the initial job, I noticed some grout cracking and Andy sprang into action right away. It turned out he hadn't even worked on that area during the initial job, but still took care of it with minimal extra charge. Still, you'd think his gas costs should've been factored in.

I wholeheartedly endorse NJ Tile Installers - their work is top-notch, prices are reasonable, and Andy's always quick to address any concerns I've had.
