The team was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced in roofing and chimney maintenance. They inspected our roof thoroughly, identified issues quickly, and explained everything in simple terms. The chimney sweep was detailed and left everything clean with no mess behind. Our gas fireplace is now working more efficiently and safely thanks to their careful servicing. Pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden charges. Fantastic job by YG&Y Roofing Repair & Chimney Sweep Cleaning And Gas Fireplace Services. Patrick conducted a thorough chimney inspection and found issues that needed a chimney repair. He handled everything professionally and ensured the cleaning was done perfectly. Great service overall.

We phoned for a repair because our gas fireplace was not igniting. The pilot light assembly was cleaned and the malfunctioning thermopile was promptly replaced by the technician. With the remote, it now ignites instantaneously. Excellent, informed service at a very reasonable cost!Ignite, pilot light, thermopile, and gas fireplace

Had an appointment. They never showed up and never called. Not even the bare minimum of professionalism.

Very Professional and curteous. I will make it a point to refer them to my friends. I will be adding to this review when the job is completed..

I called and made appointment for service between 4p-6pm. No one called nor show up. I called several times. Even at 6:48 pm I called, Robert answered the phone and stated he will call the technician and call me back in 10 mins . It’s 7:42 pm and no call. I guess common courtesy is over rated for this business

Very unprofessional!! Called and made appointment to get some work done the contractor never got back to me with an estimate or had the courtesy to call back and say they were not interested in doing he job ! The person on the phone was dishonest saying they will be coming over. Glad they didn’t do the job very bad character would never hire these people what a waste of my time!!

I needed the front door eased as it was difficult to open and lock. Job done at time stated and price stated. Rang day before to confirm. No complaints and workman very courteous.

Had an appointment set and no guy showed up or called to cancel. I had to contact the business the next day to make sure they would come within 24 hours if the missed appointment since it was an emergency.
When my husband called, he was asked why nobody called when the repair man didn't show up. Literally put all the blame on us for noone showing up or contacting us. Very unprofessional.

The problem was my tenant never told us that the handyman didn't show up, so we didn't know until the next day. It's a very unprofessional business. We will not use them again.

However I will say, the person who did show up to do the repair was very friendly, courteous and he did a good job. The two stars is based off the unprofessional attitude of the head handyman and how he spoke to my husband.

Impressive roofing service! They fixed my roof leak effectively. Their Roofing Repair skills are remarkable. Punctual, reliable, and cost-efficient. My home is now more appealing. Thank you Roofing Repair
