My AC unit gave out. I contacted three companies for quotes and ended up with Meyer & Depew. While they weren't the lowest price, their equipment was exactly what we needed - high-efficiency units.

I had to replace a 22-year-old furnace and two old air conditioners, but the second floor furnace still had a few years left in it. I called the office and got a sales guy out on the same day thanks to Stephanie's help. She was great!

The actual installer, Gerard, took the time to explain different equipment options and helped me compare quotes. He made sure I understood everything so I could make an informed decision.

On installation day, Rubin, Harry, and Ricardo arrived right on schedule at 7:30 am. They were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process, working all day to get the first floor system up and running. The next day, they completed the second floor unit.

The guys left the area spotless and went over everything with me, including my wifi thermostats. I was impressed!

I've been on a yearly maintenance contract, which I think costs $420. However, I'm not sure if the payment confirmation was sent correctly. I only paid for the annual agreement itself, as that's what I signed up for. The service person who came to my place was very friendly and answered all our questions.
