My AC unit gave out. I contacted three companies for quotes and ended up with Meyer & Depew. While they weren't the lowest price, their equipment was exactly what we needed - high-efficiency units.
I had to replace a 22-year-old furnace and two old air conditioners, but the second floor furnace still had a few years left in it. I called the office and got a sales guy out on the same day thanks to Stephanie's help. She was great!
The actual installer, Gerard, took the time to explain different equipment options and helped me compare quotes. He made sure I understood everything so I could make an informed decision.
On installation day, Rubin, Harry, and Ricardo arrived right on schedule at 7:30 am. They were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process, working all day to get the first floor system up and running. The next day, they completed the second floor unit.
The guys left the area spotless and went over everything with me, including my wifi thermostats. I was impressed!
I highly recommend Meyer & Depew - a great experience overall. As an added bonus, we got 0% financing through PSE&G for 84 months!

The technician, Chris from M&D, exceeded my expectations in an emergency situation. He kept me informed about his arrival time and showed up early. His professionalism was evident in his demeanor and work ethic - he maintained a clean workspace and always closed the exterior door when leaving his van. Despite the issue being caused by my own actions, Chris's repair surpassed my original problem. I'm extremely satisfied with M&D and their service.
