I hired this company to diagnose my HVAC issue, and Danielle came over to assess the problem. For a while, he just looked at the unit but seemed unsure about how to proceed or didn't have the necessary equipment to test it. Despite his expertise, I felt like I was being charged $80 without getting any concrete answers or solutions. He claimed the diagnosis would take two hours and that he had to leave due to time constraints, which left me feeling frustrated. It seems unfair to charge customers for a service you can't provide within the allotted time frame, especially when it's unclear what exactly is wrong with their system.

I used Choice Home Warranty to hire them, and surprisingly, they were genuinely helpful despite the subpar service from my warranty provider. The actual work was done by this company, not a huge letdown after all.
