We had our shower and tub replaced by Bath Fitter, from the initial visit, through measurements and installation they were a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly employees at every turn. There was an issue that had come up after the installation (Which turned out to be the toilet and nothing with the shower) and Jazzlyn in the office was amazing. She quickly was able to get installers and a plumber to my home and help us complete the project. Could not be happier with how it came out.

I was completely blown away by the service on the phone. Hands-down, the best I have ever received. Then the gentleman arrived to fix my shower and re-caulk my tub. He was on time, pleasant and experienced. Everything was handled in a very timely manner, and the job was complete completed perfect perfectly. No mess, no chaos. I will never go anywhere else. !!!

Shower doors are poorly designed. It lets water seep onto the outside floor. Each time we use the shower, we need to wipe up the small pool of water that escapes. There is a gap created by the rubber stopper used that allows the shower water to escape.

I need it something beautiful, well done and quick, this is it. The installation was very professional too, no issues at all, recommended.

We called for a in home consultation, made the appointment a week prior. A half a hour before the scheduled appointment, they call and say they can’t make it. Not professional at all.

I love my walk-in shower however I do not like this seat unfortunately Tom could not install the corner seat that was ordered because of the pipes behind it so he had to put a seat that goes up and down i
Its ugly I can’t believe a company such as yours cannot design a seat that goes across the back of the shower that looks like your shower material
I’ve looked at other companies who have this type of shower and they have them

Everything was done professionally & covid precautions were adhered to. The staff was friendly. The job was completed on time. The end result is a great bathroom.

I had a complete stall shower done many years ago. I did have a problem with the base - once I finally got to talk to them about the problem it was totally replaced and fixed. Phil was great to deal witlh, and the tech sent to do the work just finished and was totally nice and professional.

The owner Kevin was extremely rude and unprofessional. After my wife insisted that we’d needed a quote he agreed. Once he hung up the phone he said very nasty things about my wife’s nationality as she has a noticeable Asian accent. Needless to say, we moved onto another company and were very satisfied. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

the tub and surround came out beautifully. all my interactios were very professional. i did not like the sales tactic of offering one price if i signed right away vs another if i waited. with that, the price was at the high end of the range I expecyed so I did move forward
