Didn’t know where to start after we had work done on our kitchen and family room. Mop Quest came in and was able to keep me in budget and clean the white drywall dust for me. One less thing I had to worry about before move in day.

Dee and her team were very accomodating to our tight move-in/move-out timelines and they did an outstanding job on both properties. We were very pleased with the customer service and the outcome.

I've used them for the first time last week. They had forgotten to clean a room and the owner Dee made sure the crew returned to complete the task. Great service and very responsible. I highly recommend

1. We don't feel like we got our home cleaned except that we have the receipt. We see the dust and fungus all over. They don't seem to have expertise in this. You need to be cautious on what they are doing because they put the cleaning brushes on the sleeping mattress and pillows.
2. We don't have flexibility in choosing the no of people we need for the cleaning services needed.
3. When we hire the staff hourly to have the service done, its fair for the customer to tell what to be done. If you do so, they feedback that you are pressurizing them. What's the point in hiring the staff hourly?
4. They were not able to throw the garbage out in the dustbin which is just few yards away. What I heard when I said its just there is "too much" and they all left well before 5 mins of the mentioned time.

My experience was fantastic! They were in and out with their crew in a reasonable amount of time, worked around my three large dogs and left the house spotless - they didn’t miss a trick!! Highly recommend!

Only hire Mopquest IF you want a sparkling home, cleaned by hard-working, nice people, who work efficiently and get the job done quickly. This service seemed a hair more expensive to me, at first; but the time and aggravation saved is well worth it.
