Called for an estimate three weeks ago and still no word. If this is how they conduct business I'll find someone else to give my money too-

We have used tree king a number of times for big trees in our yard and they are professional, tidy, hardworking, and fast!

Started working at 7:15am absolutely no respect for a town noise ordinance. This is the second time I’ve been woken up by loud obnoxious machines by this company.

Another phenomenal job, Second time having them out for tree removal… had a large ash tree that was dead due to emerald ash borers and a danger of falling on a neighbors house, also others in the yard that were leaning on a hill right over the house that could potentially cause damage, they did a flawless job, even removed and replanted shrubs in the way that I didn’t even care too much about, but made me appreciate the dedication to getting the job done perfectly even more… forever customer here. -Nick

It's always a pleasure coming up to the office and talk to the staff Ryan or Megan but the price are very convenient and the quality of product as mulch for example are top quality I'm %100 recommend.

They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They took care of my property and cleaned up after themselves. They forgot one log behind and after a call they made it a priority to come back to get it. I am 100% satisfied with them and are happy they kept their word.

Tree King came and took out several large trees in the back of my house! I was amazed when I got home at what a thorough job they had done. They grinded down all of the stumps and the yard was left without any traces of the trees! Two trees hung over into my neighbors yard and they were very good about leaving their yard extremely clean as well! We had a lot of bird houses and yard ornaments around and they were careful not to destroy anything and placed them carefully! They also took out some plants that were clearly in the way but removed the bulb and all so I could easily replant!

Overall, great experience with Tree King! I would definitely use them again and will be recommending to friends!!

Very disappointed with lack of communication. I have a fast-growing tree that is wrapping around the power lines to my home in Boonton NJ. I called Tree King for an estimate and received one within a week or two. I signed the estimate/contract for work on May 25, 2021 at which time I was told they are 3 - 4 weeks out pending weather. I waited 4 weeks and contacted Tree King on Wednesday June 23, 2021 to inquire about the project scheduling. I understand the team is busy and was not looking for a confirmation the work would be done "tomorrow" I just wanted an update related to scheduling the work. I was informed the office manager (not sure her exact title) would speak with Ryan that evening and get back to me. I did not receive a call back, so I called Friday June 25th to inquire. I was informed the office manager was not able to speak with Ryan because they are out early and in late. Rather than call me to let me know they had not connected, apparently, it's up to the customer to keep calling back. I explained again I am just looking for communication and to understand when I can expect the work to be completed also noting I do need the tree trimmed because it is pulling my power lines. I was told the team will be in early and the office manager would speak with Ryan. I did not receive a call back Friday, Monday (June 28th) or Tuesday (June 29th). I called the office manager again and was told the same story the team will be in early and she will connect with Ryan. At this point it's pretty clear they are not interested in the work, which I can understand since it's a small job. Rather than just let me know they keep giving me the run around and same story every time I call. I had other tree companies come out and they were honest that the job was too small and they would not be able to deliver. All I am looking for is honesty and open communication. I was not demanding the team have the project completed within the stated 4 weeks just let me know when I can expect completion. Now I am back at square one with 5 weeks wasted! To the owner of this company I would ask how this business can be run when you have one person doing the field work plus trying to get things scheduled? If Ryan and the office manager do not cross paths for the next month (I know they haven't in the last week) when does the work get scheduled? I guess the customers are just expected to keep calling to follow-up. Do not waste your time with this company unless you like to get the run around and constantly need to call for updates. Just awful!

Took down 3 huge trees. 2 of them within 10 feet of my home. Excellent job all around. Minimum damage to lawn and left my lawn looking immaculate after the clean up job they did.

I've used 2 other tree services before and nothing compares to the price and value you get with Tree King. Highly recommend!
