The best. We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Alan is very communicative throughout the process and is on site overseeing the entire job. You can tell he truly cares about his work. We had 4 dead trees cut down. He also took ivy off several other trees. Highly recommend Al and his team!

Amazing level of service! I texted Alan about a neighbor’s tree that fell in our yard last night and his son Jon was here this morning with the crew and all the equipment. We used them about a year ago for a routine trimming of all our trees and they were similarly very organized in coordinating all their people and equipment needed for the job. They are also very knowledgeable about all varieties of trees and will patiently answer any question you have. You can inspect their work when they are done and they will happily do any extra little trims or clean-ups that you ask for. It’s a real bummer to have to pay the unexpected cost to remove a fallen tree but at least Cook’s makes it as painless as possible.

I’ve been using Cooks Tree Service for years. They are amazing professionals who care about the health & beauty of our trees & landscaping. Most recently we had significant damage to a large tree in a past storm. Jon & his colleague could not have done a better job in securing, saving & beautifying our tree. Thank you so much. The guys at Cook’s did a really great job for us. We had 5 very tall trees in our fenced-in back/side yard that needed to come out. They came in with a huge crane in the front/side yard and took all 5 out, ground the stumps and (at my request) left me a good-sized pile of chips. We priced these trees with 4 other companies and Cook’s came in well below those prices. The funny thing was… I was walking around my yard the day after they took the trees out and I noticed that they had trimmed some nuisance branches off other trees around my yard, which makes me think that they are so obsessed with the work they do, that they can’t just leave something alone that needs to be dealt with. I would 110% recommend them… good guys, great job and they left my yard better than they found it.

These guys are real pros. They arrived promptly and worked like a well oiled machine. I had a very large damaged tree that couldn’t be reached with a crane and hung over my neighbor’s property. They painstaking took the tree down one branch at a time, removed all the debris, ground the stump, and cleaned the yard. Great work Alan, Jon, and team.

Highly recommend! I switched to Cook’s years ago. Al Cook responds right away, is knowledgeable, and the pricing is fair. The crew is very professional and the property is left so clean. I have lots of overgrown and older trees and Al offers good advice as to any risks. Thank you Al and crew.

Great work! Cleaned chimney, ducts on all 3 floors of house and the dryer. Alex arrived on time and confirmed appointment with text on way. No mess or cleanup after. Great attention to detail. Overall will hire again.

NEGATIVE STARS if I could. I made an appointment for a condo association back in October 2021. We made the appointment for November 2 between 11 and 2:00pm. In short, they never showed up. I called and was told I had no appointment that I called the wrong company. (I didn't call the wrong company) Told me to hold on, I hear kids or something yelling in the background. about 20 minutes later she is still arguing that I didn't have an appointment. I thought covid-19, pandemic, maybe she is having a bad day. I proceed to try make another appointment, I even get an appointment date and then she tell me we don't go to the 3rd floor. She starts talking over loudly to me as I am trying to talk to her. She hung up on me. I would stay clear. I can't rate their service because they did not show up but I can tell you, I had an appointment, I also confirmed btw, the attitude alone would keep me away no. I encourage people to stay clear. (a month wasted on waiting for this appointment she claimed I never had)

I used APEX to repair our dryer duct (sealed in the wall) and clean the dryer vent. They had to break the wall in order to repair/replace the duct and did so perfectly!! They are true professionals that take incredible pride in their work and provide a " BEST IN CLASS" customer experience!! Ask for techs John and Zack.

Called to schedule and got a price for just the dryer vent, no outside vent, itself on my laundry center installed 11/01/23 they wanted $80. That's ridiculous and I thought I could trust them.

Price was as discussed for dryer vent cleaning. The technician arrived on time. There was no alert ahead of arrival regarding whom to expect or any courtesy reminder of them reporting to do the job. I was not impressed with the service because the technician was not thorough enough when compared with the same service done by other company previously. On a rainy day the technician walked into my house with wet sneakers.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did my air vent cleaning within no time ( that was more than 6ft) and gave me the inspection report.

I was completely satisfied with the high level service provided and work done with proper discussion. I recommend them to everyone and will use the service for my next cleaning and inspection too.

What a great and thorough service! I called to inquire about air duct cleaning, they gave me a fair quote and scheduled an appointment in a week. I’m glad we waited because the work Alex and his team did was impeccable!!! The technician arrived on time, worked on all our vents and gave us a couple of recommendations for maintenance.
