They were assigned by my # Warranty company. I figured that this would be a standard visit however, to my delight. He was on time and professional. He examined the issue and provided a solution within 39 minutes. We needed a new icemaker.. it was ordered. He came back once. The order came in and was done in 10 minutes.

We had the pleasure of meeting John for our first repair through our home warranty and now we always contact him when something goes wrong.
