Called them for a Smith machine repair, and they did a fantastic job. The technician was very skilled, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely call them again for future repairs.

Igor (the owner of this company) replaced my treadmill deck and replaced a frayed cable on my weight machine. He did an outstanding job. You will be very happy with his work. 5 stars!!!!

Igor was great . He kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He had all the necessary tools to work on my Max Trainer and was able to diagnose and fix the problem which was a bad resistance module and a roller that needed to be replaced. He recalibrated the machine as well. He worked very efficiently and was able to get our piece of equipment back into working order. I would highly recommend him for any job for which you may be considering him.

Igor was very quick to respond and came on time. He explained the problem and gave the price before repair. He fixed my treadmill and serviced it at my request. I would recommend Igor if you need to have your equipment repaired.

Called on a Monday and less than 48-hours later - problem solved. The technician, Renat was super knowledgeable and performed a super comprehensive inspection of my treadmill. Treadmill is running well, and their office was in constant communication for all updates and reports. If you need a treadmill repaired - call these guys.

Had a great experience with Fine Engineering Solutions! My Life Fitness treadmill suddenly stopped running and I even couldn’t turn it on. Igor came and after diagnostic explains the problem and proceed with the repair. He repaired the console board and moreover made a free maintenance. Now everything works great and my treadmill is like new. Will definitely use this company again!

Been looking for a good service company for a while now, Renat is an outstanding engineer—professional, efficient, and highly skilled. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it with precision, not too talkative but is very nice. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of expert help!

Very, very happy with Fine Engineering Soulutions! Igor was a pleasure to work with. Was able to make the appointment right away. He gave us two options on how he could fix our treadmill that worked best for us. And the option we picked, he was able to do it right then and there! Would highly recommend and will definitely be contacting him again if needed in the future! Two thumbs up for Igor and Fine Engineering Solutions!!

I called this company on Saturday evening because my refrigerator broke, there were a lot of products in it and I did not want to lose them, it was after 6 pm but in spite of everything the technician came and carried out diagnostics, after which he explained in detail what the problem was and it was a BIG and expensive problem, but they said that they have all the spare parts in stock and they could come back THAT SAME EVENING!! to repair my refrigerator, I was simply amazed at how this wonderful company wants to help people and charges an appropriate price for it! Of course I agreed, the technician came back in 1 hour and fixed my refrigerator! From the moment I called until the end of the repair it took a little less than 5 hours!! I am very glad that I called this company!!

Wow! I’m was impressed from my 1st interaction with Igor! I set an appointment online, yet Igor called and asked if I was available in 20 minutes as he was in my area. I said YES! He installed 2 motherboards for my 2 Real Relax massage chairs, reset the rollers and reset chair to control the remotes. He was extremely patient and diligent and got both my chairs working again. (Real Relax Company DO NOT SEND technicians to your home, they only send you videos by email) the videos were conflicting but Igor was able to get the job done ! Kudos!

We were thrilled with Igor’s Fine Engineering Solutions work. He achieved prompt and convenient scheduling and was timely and actively communicative. He was forthcoming in disclosing all issues and in disclosing projected and final cost. Igor is clearly very skilled in his work and electrical engineering background. And, of course, he successfully repaired and serviced our fifteen-plus year old Nordic Track commercial grade treadmill in one day. He is also a lovely, gentle man who is a pleasure to know and chat with. My wife and I highly recommend Igor and his services.

Thank you for the quick appointment availability and thorough maintenance review. I haven’t used the treadmill yet since the work, but it appears to be up and running. The technician was professional and timely. Really appreciated!

Tech was professional and polite. Offices provided clear description of what repair was needed and what it entails. Also, explained a few additional maintenance services that are included on the service call.

Spent 30 seconds looking at my washer and 10 minutes collecting $108 from me. Terrible attitude, told me to “look it up” when i asked how much a new washer was. Threatened to call the cops when I said $108 is ridiculous for spending literally less than a minute looking at my washing machine.

$99 service call charge that will be waived once the repair costs are accessed. I knew I needed a new waterline hose and let them know prior. I also asked what the ballpark charge for this would be. I was told that they could not give me an estimate at this time. They showed up a day after when they had agreed and instead of replacing the waterline - they brought a $10 connector to patch it up. They then told me that the charge would be $210 - for a cheap piece of plastic. They said that $210 was the minimum charge for any visit. That would have been pertinent info to be given when I asked for a ballpark rate. I then said that for that amount I expected a new waterline hose. I was told that that would be hundreds of dollars more. We are talking about at most a $25 part. I either had to pay them $99 for nothing or $210 for a cheap part to patch. Was stuck paying the $210 for the connector. I had to ask the repair man to put the fridge back in place and my floor was left wet. Lack of transparency, poor service and over charging. Stay away.
As you see below, the owner has now responded. There appears to be no way for me to comment directly - so I was amend this. I made numerous points above. He has now claimed that they simply cannot give me the price prior to assessing the situation. That I understand. What I don’t understand is that they were not transparent in what the minimum cost would be even after I asked for a ballpark quote for an issue I had clearly described to them over the phon. I had agreed to the $99 assessment fee - having known what the minimum was - I could have shopped around describing my problem and found a far more reasonable price for what amounted to 15 minutes of work and a very cheap piece of plastic connector. They are counting on this - they get into your home - and then you are stuck with either paying the overpriced amount to get something fixed - or give them $99 just for showing up.
All they had to tell me prior is that there is an $99 assessment fee for the visit and that they also have a $210 minimum charge for any work done. Again, they promised they would arrive on the day I had agreed to - instead, they showed up outside of the newly agreed upon window a day later.
Also, I was promised a paid invoice sent to me that would stipulate that I had a 45 day guarantee. That never came! I have described many reasons why you should choose another company for services like this. -
BEWARE…..This business provides deceptive practices and it’s against New Jersey codes
Searched for a local company to come diagnose our fridge and this business appeared to be “Google Guaranteed” with $99 diagnostics fee. $290 later, 2 visits later and 2 technicians and they couldn’t identify the problem. First said it was the circuit board then arrived to claim the ordered part was broken and would return later in the day or next to replace it. Never heard back. Called three days later to inform us that now it was a compressor problem and more money. We decided not to proceed and request requested our money be returned minus the $99 diagnostics. They claimed they would only return 40% of the difference and that the part order was a “special part “. Needless to say, they did not ever provide a written company disclosure with regards to additional costs or fees. Kept the Diagnostic visit cost which would e valid and an additional 60% of the deposit and said via texts conversations otherwise we will drop off the “special part” and you get no money back. Watch out!! This company is deceiving 💯 -
Total scam. They came out to do a diagnostic on my Sole treadmill and decided the control board was shot. I paid them over $600 for a new board, then got the exact same error message a few days later. Called back and on the phone, without looking at the machine, they told me I needed a new motor and that it would be an additional cost. When I called to tell them I'd like either a refund or a working treadmill, they told me I could pourchase a $600 motor but the labor would be free. I refused and they ghosted me. Do yourslef a favor and do not use these clowns.

The tech arrived the same day in the evening to diagnose our washing machine which was making a lot of noise during the rinse cycle. The tech asked if I could turn it on so he can see what I was referring to. I replied that he will need to wait roughly 30 minutes until the rinse cycle to see so he proceeded to take some sort of device from his bag and turned the inside of the washing machine. This individual spent 5 minutes tops and called their company with the diagnosis (did not speak in English so I couldn’t understand). The company called me back and said they will send me an invoice for the diagnosis fee without offering what the diagnosis was! I pressed the woman stating that I’m just paying anything unless they actually tell me what the issue is. The diagnosis was that I need to replace the spring and spider in the washing machine. Okay fine, I paid the invoice but while I was processing my payment I asked the tech whether it even made sense to repair the machine or buy a new one. This tech replied “it’s your decision”. Granted that’s true, but I was looking for an informed advice from someone who “fixes” appliances for a living. The next day I received an offer from this company to replace the two items at the cost of $2.7k!!!! Obviously I denied because it doesn’t make any economical sense to repair an appliance when I could just buy a brand new one as far less of a cost. By the way, this was only by text.. no call back or anything. My experience with this company was not at all pleasant as other reviewers. I feel cheated of the $125 I paid for diagnosis when the tech spent very little time and couldn’t disclose their diagnosis unless I paid. I will never go with this company nor recommend them to anyone.
