Sergei came same day, diagnosed problem with refrigerator. Left for parts and returned 30 mins later and completed the repair. He was on time, professional and we had a delightful visit.

Excellent service. 1000% recommend!! We bought a Landice many years ago based on their "Lifetime Warranty" but the two times we had it serviced by a Landice certified technician, the cost was $600 to $800 -- for labor and parts that the tech told us "weren't worth going through the warranty for" and then I had to deal with really rude technicians that made me feel uncomfortable. I was considering just buying a new treadmill rather than deal with all that again, but I gave Igor a chance and was completely amazed. He was so professional-- kept in touch with us, arrived on time, completed the work and left the gym area spotless, and charged a price that was in line with the work he did, which was more than the other techs ever did. Our treadmill runs like new-- so quiet and the power fully restored. I will call him again in a second and recommend him to all our friends.

Total scam. They came out to do a diagnostic on my Sole treadmill and decided the control board was shot. I paid them over $600 for a new board, then got the exact same error message a few days later. Called back and on the phone, without looking at the machine, they told me I needed a new motor and that it would be an additional cost. When I called to tell them I'd like either a refund or a working treadmill, they told me I could pourchase a $600 motor but the labor would be free. I refused and they ghosted me. Do yourslef a favor and do not use these clowns.

Igor was super quick to respond to my initial inquiry and came over at his first availability to fix our treadmill. He worked quick and was very friendly, and fixed everything with minimal struggle. Highly recommend FES for any treadmill fixes you need!

The tech arrived the same day in the evening to diagnose our washing machine which was making a lot of noise during the rinse cycle. The tech asked if I could turn it on so he can see what I was referring to. I replied that he will need to wait roughly 30 minutes until the rinse cycle to see so he proceeded to take some sort of device from his bag and turned the inside of the washing machine. This individual spent 5 minutes tops and called their company with the diagnosis (did not speak in English so I couldn’t understand). The company called me back and said they will send me an invoice for the diagnosis fee without offering what the diagnosis was! I pressed the woman stating that I’m just paying anything unless they actually tell me what the issue is. The diagnosis was that I need to replace the spring and spider in the washing machine. Okay fine, I paid the invoice but while I was processing my payment I asked the tech whether it even made sense to repair the machine or buy a new one. This tech replied “it’s your decision”. Granted that’s true, but I was looking for an informed advice from someone who “fixes” appliances for a living. The next day I received an offer from this company to replace the two items at the cost of $2.7k!!!! Obviously I denied because it doesn’t make any economical sense to repair an appliance when I could just buy a brand new one as far less of a cost. By the way, this was only by text.. no call back or anything. My experience with this company was not at all pleasant as other reviewers. I feel cheated of the $125 I paid for diagnosis when the tech spent very little time and couldn’t disclose their diagnosis unless I paid. I will never go with this company nor recommend them to anyone.

Called them for a Smith machine repair, and they did a fantastic job. The technician was very skilled, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely call them again for future repairs.

Igor (the owner of this company) replaced my treadmill deck and replaced a frayed cable on my weight machine. He did an outstanding job. He is serious about his work , works quickly, and is thoroughly familiar with exercise equipment. His prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him. He is great!! You will be very happy with his work. 5 stars!!!!

Tech was professional and polite. Offices provided clear description of what repair was needed and what it entails. Also, explained a few additional maintenance services that are included on the service call.

Igor was great . He kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He had all the necessary tools to work on my Max Trainer and was able to diagnose and fix the problem which was a bad resistance module and a roller that needed to be replaced. He recalibrated the machine as well. He worked very efficiently and was able to get our piece of equipment back into working order. I would highly recommend him for any job for which you may be considering him.

Igor was very quick to respond and came on time. He explained the problem and gave the price before repair. He fixed my treadmill and serviced it at my request. I would recommend Igor if you need to have your equipment repaired.

Called on a Monday and less than 48-hours later - problem solved. The technician, Renat was super knowledgeable and performed a super comprehensive inspection of my treadmill. Treadmill is running well, and their office was in constant communication for all updates and reports. If you need a treadmill repaired - call these guys.

The techinican who came for the diagnostic was AWFUL, so rude and combative! He was here for 30 seconds and told me that my washing machine was unrepairable, charged me $108 for that. After trying to discuss with him about the diagnostic fee he was not interested in talking with me at all, he was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional, I had to ask him to leave because of how uncomfortable the exchange was, WOULD NOT recommend to anyone! Terrible customer service and awful patronizing technician's!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Had a great experience with Fine Engineering Solutions! My Life Fitness treadmill suddenly stopped running and I even couldn’t turn it on. Igor came and after diagnostic explains the problem and proceed with the repair. He repaired the console board and moreover made a free maintenance. Now everything works great and my treadmill is like new. Will definitely use this company again!

I called this company on Saturday evening because my refrigerator broke, there were a lot of products in it and I did not want to lose them, it was after 6 pm but in spite of everything the technician came and carried out diagnostics, after which he explained in detail what the problem was and it was a BIG and expensive problem, but they said that they have all the spare parts in stock and they could come back THAT SAME EVENING!! to repair my refrigerator, I was simply amazed at how this wonderful company wants to help people and charges an appropriate price for it! Of course I agreed, the technician came back in 1 hour and fixed my refrigerator! From the moment I called until the end of the repair it took a little less than 5 hours!! I am very glad that I called this company!!

I had a disappointing experience with the service for my Bosch dishwasher. The technician spent a good amount of time on the machine but couldn't get it working. He informed me that it needed a part that was discontinued and suggested I buy a new dishwasher.

Before making that investment, I had my plumber take a look, and he had it running in just 15 minutes! I feel frustrated that I paid $100 for a tech to come out and was ill advised to replace a machine that was still functional. I wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience.

This is by far worst service I ever received
They resolved an issue that they came for but in the process created a bigger problem and in order for them to come and resolve it they charge an additional service fee
In addition they are in such a rush where they did not close the washing machine properly and had to come back to close it
After a while they would stop responding to you
I would avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely unacceptable. Called Fine Engineering Solutions to fix my refrigerator. The technician came, spent maybe 25 minutes, charged me $620 (!) claiming it was a control board issue. Two days later — same problem. Fridge dead again.

I’ve been trying to reach them ever since — no response, no follow-up, nothing. They just ghosted me after taking my money. No warranty, no accountability, no professionalism.

At this point I’m convinced this is just a scam operation. Avoid at all costs.

So far I have had a terrible experience with this company. And it’s still ongoing. I went with this company because they have a lot of positive reviews but I’m pretty sure most, if not all the 5 star reviews are fake, bot, accounts that this company paid for. I never write reviews good or bad but I had to this time to save others from going through what I am experiencing. The freezer on my Samsung refrigerator stopped working. I called to have them come take a look to see if the problem was fixable. A service technician came out on a Sunday but did not get to my house until 7pm and was there past 8pm. The technician was very nice however, did not speak English so I was unable to communicate with him I had to call the office to tell me what the issue wa. They said there was a leak in the coolant and they could repair it but needed to get the Freon so had to come back to finish the job. The same technician came back the next day which I was told would be between 2-5pm. He did not get to my house until 9pm after several calls to them asking the whereabouts. He took about 45 mins to “fix” my freezer mumbled something to me then left. It is now 4 days later, I have paid $456 and not only is my freezer still not working but now the refrigerator part does not work so they made my problem worse. I have called so many times I have them on speed dial now and I keep being told someone will call me back then they never do so I have to call again! If my fridge does not get fixed by today I am filing a complaint with BBB and also with Venmo to try to get my money back. As I am writing this someone called me and told me I signed something that said there was no warranty but this is not an issue of warranty. They broke my entire fridge!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Update: 3/15- I was told they would refund me $80 but only if I took this review down to which I said no. This review is worth more than $80 if it stops another person from being scammed. And to the response from the company that is below, never was I told during the entire interaction that the work being done may not work and you will therefore be out $500. If I had been told that I would have said no thank you I’ll just buy a new fridge. Again, the technician who came to my house did not speak English. This company is a scam and $80 will not make me retract my review. Not only am I’m out $500 but I still had to buy a new fridge.
