Assarni is not very responsive and customer service is lacking. He was suppose to provide me with an invoice for a power washing and replacement storm door. He never provided me the invoice, never replaced the door and partially finished the power washing. I called and texted several times no answer. When I finally got in contact with him - he stated that he was on vacation and will get back to me. 1 month later he has never gotten back to me. If your looking for quality service I would look somewhere else. I do not recommend using Assarni.

I had many jobs that needed to be completed in my older home. He is always responsive to my calls. He completed the various jobs with skill and meticulously. This included lighting, difficult faucet and medicine cabinet installation. He repaired cabinets and front screen doors. Assarni was able to complete things that people said could not be repaired.

The Handyman NJ Service provided exemplary service during (Bathroom) renovation. I have an older home that needs a full facelift. The owner (Assarni) provided a detailed description of repairs and ways to save on unnecessary expenses. He’s a great communicator and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this business. The technician provided solid work and was reasonable to deal with. He taught us how to identify the issue, so we could potentially fix it ourselves next time. His quick response helped resolve our office AC problem.

We hired Bernie through a referral on a Sunday, he answered promptly and showed up the next morning at our place. He fixed our air conditioning and did it quickly without trying to sell us anything or locking us into a contract - we got a fair deal.

They came out to clean my air conditioning system right away and got it done fast with no hold-ups.

I needed urgent help with a furnace issue on a Sunday morning. The next day, a friendly representative called back and was surprisingly available despite being fully booked. He took the time to explain possible fixes over the phone and even walked my husband through the actual repair process - it worked!

I hired Bernie after getting two recommendations, including the first guy who quoted $850 for parts and labor. Bernie said $650 but asked why replace it. He came up with a solution that cost my elderly mom nothing, unlike some scammers. He's honest, professional, and genuinely cares about customers. He could've easily taken advantage of us, but instead put our needs first. His integrity earned him lifelong customers. It's refreshing to know there are still trustworthy professionals like Bernie around.

Avoid this company at all costs - complete scammers! When my HVAC system failed, the so-called technician only did a cursory visual inspection, concluding that dirt was the issue. He claimed it would run perfectly if cleaned, but in reality, he just cleared out my vents and gave the fan and compressor a soaking with hot water. I paid for the service and never heard from them again.

The company's complete lack of professionalism is staggering. When I reached out to customer service on Tuesday, August 20th, I was told a technician would contact me - but none ever did. The fact that they sent me a screenshot of my invoice as a "solution" shows just how unconcerned they are with their customers' problems. This company's treatment of vulnerable individuals like my elderly mother, who relies on air conditioning due to her health issues, is appalling. I've since had to hire another company and have reported them to the local authorities and the Better Business Bureau.

I'm pleased with Bernie's HVAC service. The technicians thoroughly cleaned my ducts and I've noticed a significant improvement in indoor air quality. My home now feels cleaner and I haven't experienced the usual dust buildup problems.
