I wanted to let you know that it is very impressive to experience such high quality services and support from your organization. I have worked with Marlo, Maria and Victoria from your office to schedule my stamped concrete project and they were very professional and supportive. When they say they will call you back, they do, they always get you an answer when you need one. Then there is you field workers. These were some of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen. From the installation of the forms, to pouring and stamping 3y cu.yds. in one day to the finish crew that is working on getting it stained and sealed. Every one of them was highly skilled, they work as a cohesive team and they are pleasant to talk to. You should be very proud to have a workforce like this, it speaks to the character of your company. Good people can always find work, when there are this many in one organization, it shows me that the management values the people. Very Very Inpressive!!!

Needed to have my stamped concrete patio power washed and re-sealed. ESPJ provided a timely estimate and target completion date for the work. They came and did the job on time, were very polite and professional, and had great communication throughout.

This spring ESPJ took a leading role in our multi phase, several thousand square foot yard renovation on varying grades and levels that included demo, stamped concrete pool decking/patio, boulder walls, multiple dry laid walls and wet laid steps out of kearney stone, a fire pit and drainage. They were proactive in sequencing and scheduling, responsive to questions and feedback, and the stone and concrete work is outstanding. They are professionals and craftsmen!

Geovani and his men were excellent on our pool and patio renovation! All of our concrete around our pool had cracked! Our patio had sank! Geovani came up with a drainage plan around our pool and pinned the patio to our foundation so it would stay perfect! They did a beautiful stamped concrete. That was May of 2017 and it still looks perfect; no cracks!! What a pleasure to work with them!

Our pool service and renovation company Stone Harbor Pools has now been working with ESPJ on concrete projects for almost 5 years. ESPJ does structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing work, and the company's owner, Geovani, is always available, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

ESPJ did a wonderful job of replacing some segments of sidewalk for me. In addition they leveled out some places that did not need replacement but could have caused tripping. The workers were polite, hard-working and completed the task in one day. The results are very pleasing. I would highly recommend ESPJ for your masonry needs.

ESPJ is top notch. As a Construction Manager for a large developer, I interface with and hire contractors all the time. When it comes to stamped concrete and pavers, ESPJ is the only company I use. Their workmanship is head-and-shoulders above others in this field, which is why I selected them in the first place. Geovani is a pleasure to deal with, and their crew is always professional. They always show up exactly when they say they will, and they do their work cleanly and efficiently. I cannot stand contractors who lie to me, which is why I appreciate Geovani and his honesty so much. Pricing is always fair, and if ever there is a follow-up issue or correction required, ESPJ returns quickly to make repairs. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with.

Giovanni, Darwin, and the whole crew did a great job on the stamped concrete surrounding our pool. There was one miscommunication regarding color choice, and they took ownership of the issue, rectified it, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the job. The jobsite was left in good condition. They poured the concrete extra thick and used wire mesh reinforcement. There are plenty of supports and control joints to ensure the concrete doesn't crack.
Initially, when Giovanni came by for the estimate, he was straightforward about what they could offer for what price, as well as clear on the schedule. They delivered better than we expected. Highly recommended.

Geovani really delivers what he promises! He is very knowledgeable and helped us finalize and fill in any holes we had on our design and answered all of our questions and provided value with his in-depth experience and knowledge about pavers and the entire process. He even provided suggestions and executed on them by ensuring our neighbors yards don’t get flooded from our project.

Jefferson and team are hands down the best I have seen at executing designs and building patios and stairs. Jefferson’s work is amazing and everyone that has seen our patio and stairs have loved them! He is a true artist to say the least and is invaluable! He is a superstar!

Elizabeth is an amazing project manager. She made sure deadlines were met and helped answer all of our questions along the way. She can quickly adapt and provide results when an audible is called. On the last day of the project we did not like the riverstones we had picked out because after laying them down we decided they were actually not what we wanted. We told Elizabeth and Geovani our concerns and after running across 3-4 places Elizabeth was able to get the stones we liked. Not only was she super in making sure she delivered on our new ask in a timely fashion, but she rolled up her sleeves and helped the team out by cleaning all several hundred stones herself to make sure when they were laid the area would not get dirty.

All in all, ESPJ gets a 5 star rating from me based on the experience I had and the amazing job they did. I have recommended them to my neighbors and now my neighbor will be contacting them to get their patio done. I highly recommend ESPJ to do your next project!

The pool was put in last November & sat all winter surrounded by mud. It was hard to imagine what could be done to make the pool "pop".
