They took advantage of us. Our boiler failed during Thanksgiving with hundreds of people over, and all they needed was a new igniter. Yet they charged nearly four times its actual cost from Amazon, plus an extra $250 for "emergency service". No diagnosis was even performed - we simply told them what the problem was on the phone.

These guys handle my heating and AC needs for both my home and office with ease. If you want reliable service, ask for Mario - he's the one who figures out issues. He also did a solid job setting up AC in my new place.

We had an excellent experience with Air Temp Service. The staff were friendly and efficient to deal with, setting up the installation quickly and without hassle. Their reliability is top-notch - we're extremely pleased. A bonus was the attention to detail in their work, especially with our new high-efficiency heating and air unit. We would highly recommend them without hesitation.
