Zelo visited us today to do a check of our Air Conditioner. He was polite, pleasant, on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He can return any time.

Zach and Jason did a great job! They were super friendly, and they did a great job. The team was very helpful and responsive. They got us our ac fixed and back in working order 10/10. I'd recommend them again.

The techs on all three visits were polite and wore booty cover to prevent our floor from getting dirty. They were also able to solve our fridge/freezer issue. We appreciate your excellent work.
When they say they're coming, they mean it (even when they come after 9pm during the weekend).

MB arrived at my home within an hour after I called. Excellent customer service. Doug was very professional and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my unit.

Walter is the Best. Walter is the best. He's very polite, professional, and knows how to explain everything. He configured Internet settings for the thermometer, which had been unsuccessfully set up since 2023. He is very diligent. He went the extra mile to check on the condition of my other AC unit's air ducts and made me some suggestions. Also, he advised me that I should purchase the membership plans which I'm considering. Walter is a fantastic employee.

Mike was incredible! Mike was able come out at a very short notice to help my Mother-in-law with her AC unit. He was very thorough in explaining all her options, and gave his honest opinion about the best course of action. He had it running on the same day. We are grateful!

Faith does a fantastic job. She is very communicative and provides excellent customer service. I also got a good price. My pipe burst right here in Glendale.

Marc is great! Logan was awesome! I had my kitchen plugs replaced with GCFIs and the extraneous water piping in the house removed/replaced by copper. The service was excellent. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I am happy to say that this is one of the most professional companies with which I have worked. Kenny was a top-notch professional. He didn't highball me or try to get me to sign anything. He came in and did a quick inspection, used his multimeter and found the problem. Then he fixed it.

Brian was able to fix my problem super-fast. My house had been very hot over the past few weeks. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. AC repair Scottsdale is highly recommended.

Tony was the gentleman who serviced my unit just a few days back. Amazing personality and was honest about the needs. I've had a few other companies visit me in the past but none of them provided the same level of service as IQS. I'm keeping their number for future reference!

These guys are the very best. Since the very first time I visited, they were absolutely amazing. No games being played, no nonsense. They know exactly what they're doing, and they do it right.. every time. Brian, in particular, is always available. He is usually the one who answers our calls. I know my problem is solved as soon as i recognize him. That's how business is done.

Replaced both the cooling coil and the air conditioner. A/C worked for years, despite coils bent by a recent tornado ..... So it was time to replace the unit. Originals of my 2001 house.

Elliott was very helpful yesterday when we called him about our furnace. He was polite, caring, and considerate. We were worried about our safety because it was freezing and the heater was dead. John and Dontae arrived to inspect my furnace. They arrived on time and were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They answered my question and explained the problems. Their expertise impressed us so much that we installed a new furnace on Monday.
Cameron and David, the techs who installed the furnace did an excellent job! The guys worked together to remove the old unit and install the new. Cameron changed even my filter. Great teamwork. I am impressed with their work.

LBHVAC is a great company. Very knowledgeable and professional. Mario went over each item and made sure it was addressed. It was great that he told us what was not necessary because buying a house is very expensive. So I felt like they were not trying to raise our bill. Connie was very nice and helped explain the bill.
