I definitely recommend Navesink Electrical. Vinny was very responsive to my calls and went out of his way to fit us into his schedule. James has done work at our home twice and he is on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and always very helpful. We will use this business again.

I would give them negative stars if I could. They were hired to replace existing outlets and add outlets to our home. They did that but they also used receptacles that were old, and seemed like they pulled out of other jobs and then overcharged us for them. They also left all the outlet receptacles without any covers, and our home full of unnecessary holes in our drywall. They also never did a completion walk-thru of the job they did, and instead continued to harass us to pay their bill. I will never hire them again. They should be sent to BBB or sued for unfair consumer protection violations.

I felt it absolutely necessary to leave this review. We have been repeat customers of Navesink for the past few years. I had Navesink out to look at a fixture that was on a sensor and I wanted it changed to a regular light. The electrician that came out put a massive hole in my fixture to remove the sensor without explaining why he had to do so, he turned the fixture around so that the hole couldn’t be seen, didn’t explain anything to my husband or myself and just left. When I called the owner to complain, he was not sympathetic to my concerns at all, explained why the electrician did what he did (if I hadn’t called I would never have even gotten this explanation) and basically said I needed to replace the fixture. No kidding now that it has a huge hole in it. As repeat customers, I was so appalled by the conduct of the electrician and the owner. We will never hire them again.

Just had Vinny's crew do some work both inside my home and outside on my property. Great job - fast, neat and clean. Without doubt will not hesitate to use Navesink Electrical again if needed and recommend them highly to anyone needing such a service!

Super responsive, transparent, and they come through every time. I know my house is safe with Vinny’s team fixing our electrical issues. I had a question about our recently installed spa and his guys came and refitted the system for safety and up to code, spotlighting potential issues and resolving them promptly.
I have repeatedly used his team to fix issues in my old house as well as having them expertly install my EV charging station on my house. Would never use anyone else!

Vinny and his crew were great! I live in SC and needed work (3 items repaired or replaced) done on a property in NJ. Communication, scheduling and responsiveness were all top notch! Instead of charging me for materials I thought I needed, they repaired it and were honest about what needed to be done. I also received pictures of the final work. Excellent company!
