We’re relatively new customers, but we are now repeat customers. We’re very happy with their service and they’re far more reasonable than the company we were using. Any time we have equipment that needs repair, they are responsive and reasonable, and they know exactly what they need to fix.

Wanted to add this after another three years with the Pool Guyz: our pool had loud sound this summer. I emailed them and they responded within minutes. Diagnosed and scheduled to come the same day to replace the polaris pump. Absolutely top notch service just as other reviews noted. It is imporatant we know who is taking care of your pool every summer and knowking it is in good hands. Big thump up for them.

I reached out to Jaryd/The Pool Guyz on Saturday with a problem with my pool heater. As promised, he showed up bright & early Monday morning & took care of the repair all before 7 am! He was professional, on time & efficient. I highly recommend calling them for any of your pool needs.

One of the reasons we have stayed with them since they opened is that they are honest -- they don't look for problems. The level of service is top notch and I love my relationship with the team that comes to my home weekly to ensure my pool is in top shape, always ready for guests that come over for fun in the sun and parties on weekends. Jared and his team are very professional and always do a great job. I have been using them for over 10 years now and we are very happy with their service. They put a new heater and filter in for us as well. They know everything there is to know about pool services. They also do covers and shrink wrapping. Pricing is very reasonable.

Can I give 10 stars? The pool guyz were amazing to work with. Provide exceptional service and response times. When our pool heater broke I didn't know who to call. I found them online and knew the name from seeing their trucks. They came out promptly, diagnosed it, and fix it!!! In my second year of using this team and they have been great. They do the opening, maintenance and closing and the pool is always in great shape. Their winter service was also a great add on as it made the opening much better with less time lost getting the water fit for swimming. Looking forward to continuing working with them in 2025!
