After calling a few pool companies to hear they were too busy to replace my pool heater it was refreshing to speak with Jarryd. He was not only kind and professional but the only one willing to order a new pool heater for me the Friday before Labor Day weekend and install it by Tuesday. He even tested the water for me and let me know what I needed to add to the pool. I’m so grateful to this company and they will definitely have my business going forward.

I like working with these guyz. They respond quickly to emails and are very knowledgeable about pools and pool heaters. I like the fact that the seem to look out for your pool system by pointing out and suggesting preventative measures to prevent future issues.

These guys are really solid. They came to the rescue this season after the pool service I was using dropped the ball and just disappeared on me too many times. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, and great communicators—by phone, text, and email. They’re also straight shooters. It’s always been made clear to me if I need a new part, why I need it, what the range of options are for cost and quality. Highly recommend.

Usually do pool closings with them. They come on time, do their jobs, clean up, and leave. Everything is put away nicely. If I give instructions in my email such as where the pool cover is or where to dump water, etc, they follow them. Pay via venmo. Everything is quick and easy.

Called the Pool Guyz and they promptly answered. I asked if they had a certain part and they made every accommodation to ensure I was going to receive the correct part. Because they lived closer to my home, they even offered to meet me closer to home! It was a great experience and a company who I will work with again! Thank you Pool Guyz!

After 15 years and three pool services I can say these guys are the best. They never try to sell you something you don’t need, are responsive, nice and do great work.
With past pool services our pool would turn green sometimes. This has never happened with Pool Guyz. All my friends and neighbors with pools now use them.

I had been using another pool company for close to 20 years. We always had problems all summer, every week something else was wrong.
I searched for a new pool co. Then The Pool Guyz were recommended by my neighbor. I started using them the beginning of last summer and everything is amazing. They always show up when they are supposed to, never overcharge, and the guys who are here each week are knowledgeable. I needed to buy a pool cleaner robot and they researched it for me and sent the link. The prices are very reasonable. The best people run the company and I would recommend them highly.

It has been a pleasure working with The Pool Guyz for the last two seasons. When we bought our house, it had an inground pool that had some minor issues. Before opening the pool in 2021, we met with a few other service providers, but they were more interested in signing us up for a maintenance package instead of meeting with us. When we contacted The Pool Guyz, Jared said he would check out our system the next day. In addition to inspecting our pool system, he explained the various features and equipment we had. The previous owners told us the heater would need to be replaced, but Jaryd was able to service it and get it running again.

Our pool looks amazing thanks to their help over the past two seasons. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever we have an issue with the pool, they always go the extra mile to explain it to us so we are always well informed and have the opportunity to learn about it. It has been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to continue working with them in the future.

Always available and responsive, good service, respectful. I did not close or winterize my pool a couple of years ago and Jarred came to the rescue. Pool owners look for professionalism and expert work from their pool company. The Pool Guyz certainly offer both those qualities- without exception.

But, what separates a decent pool company from an outstanding one is the level of their responsiveness. When the pool is in “crisis mode” and you need help right away, I’ve found the Pool Guyz to be remarkable in how quickly they will get to the house and solve the problem.

Have used The Pool Guyz for 5 years. Water quality, always great. Responsiveness , always great. They don't nickel and dime you if you have a service contract with them. If you need to replace a major piece of equipment you can count a fair price and timely installation.

2019 was our first year with a pool. We were lucky to have The Pool Guyz for service. Aside from a fair price and always being available, they did some real hand holding. Wanted to add this after another three years with the Pool Guyz: our pool had loud sound this summer. I emailed them and they responded within minutes. Diagnosed and scheduled to come the same day to replace the polaris pump. Absolutely top notch service just as other reviews noted.
