Proven Contracting was very detailed in explaining what they were going to do, professional in removing the old roof, repairing where necessary and installing the new roof. Clean was perfect.

Although no one wants to spend money on a new roof, working with Proven is an absolute pleasure. From start to finish the entire experience was seamless. This is an honest, reliable, professional company with great people working for them. Tito and his crew got this job done quickly and cleaned my entire property as if they were never here.

We are so impressed by Proven! Everything from dealing with Ryan, communication from Jenn, and project management from Tito was organized, detailed, thorough, and communicated well. The roof was done (full replacement) in a timely manner and the workers did a wonderful job. The project management was top notch and I’d highly recommend this company!

Their roofing work was fine but when we contacted them about a follow-up project, they stood us up TWICE. When Ryan finally showed up after we tried to get them out here a third time, there was no apology and the quote he promised never came.

Our gutters were in need of repair as they were pulling off the side of our house from ice buildup. We called several contractors some of whom said we needed to replace the gutters. Ultimately, we decided to hire Proven Contracting. They were able to fix the issue without having to replace all the gutters saving us a lot of money. Their employees were professional and worked quickly to fix the issue. Our gutters look like new again. I highly recommend hiring them for any repairs and/or replacements on your home.

A great experience all around. Ryan who went through the process, set expectations and cost (which was very reasonable) to Tito who managed the project. Everyone was very professional. They ripped off 3 roofs and laid down another all before 4pm same day. I would refer them to anyone. Great job!

Ryan provided honest guidance throughout this roofing/siding process. He answered each of my questions through the lens of what was actually needed, not what he wanted to sell to me. Each call was answered promptly and professionally in the time leading up to when the work was performed. On day of roofing work, Tito was exceptional from beginning to end. We had our roof replaced by Proven earlier this winter and it was a great experience!

Our previous roof was very old and was starting to have issues. Ryan came in to assess and was able to provide great advice and pointers on how to improve the situation. We wanted to get it replaced ASAP before the snow / rain / cold from the winter and Jenn was able to schedule us in quickly and seamlessly before the unpredictable weather got worse. On the day of the repair, Tito was great at communicating all of the updates and helping to execute the project smoothly - since Proven brought in a couple crews, we were able to get the roof replaced in a day!

I would highly recommend Proven! They installed a new roof (Titan - Rustic Redwood), replaced an old skylight, installed new gutters/downspouts, and installed new attic fans, louvres, and a ridge vent to increase the air circulation in my house. Ryan, the owner, is very experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time advising us on various brands and types of shingles and was patient throughout our selection process. He has done a lot of roofs in the area so it was helpful to drive around and see examples of his work and see how the different colors look in real life. The Proven team was professional and did a great job with the install. The entire project took 3 days start to finish. They identified the source of a small leak we had and replaced the plywood underneath before installing new shingles. They also helped with some finishing touches such as spray painting our vent pipes to match the roof color and making sure everything was to our liking before wrapping up the job. I would highly recommend Proven to install your new roof!

Reached Dave (Proven contracting) in Jul 2023 for a roof leak repair and got a very reasonable quote and good inputs on the general condition of the roof and replacement etc. However when I could finalize my repair plans only in Dec 2024, the team not only kept the quote unchanged but also promptly arrived and quickly fixed the leak replacing the shingles (while it was still snowing). All communication was prompt from start to finish, without any surprises. Will use again.
