Constraction reviews in Lodi, New Jersey

NOT only was their work excellent and accurate, but I was also treated with the highest respect, dignity and honor by Val and Sony. They were responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. They analyzed every portion of the project and suggested the best solutions and alternatives possible. Neither ever tried to push me toward something that I did not want; patience and perseverance were their mantra. They displayed characteristics that are diminishing in this day and age; humanity, honesty, a strong work ethic, skillfulness, thoroughness and timeliness. I highly recommend Establish Construction. After the first job, I commissioned them for 3 more jobs! WOW, what a 'nice-guys' team!

Had a really great experience with Val. He installed a new brick patio for me and also preformed repairs to some stonework that another contractor had done a bad job on. He was there personally to do the work. I was very pleased with the quality of work and have already scheduled to have them do additional work on my house.

Val came to our home to do a tile job. He was on time, he was neat and did an amazing job! He even went above and beyond and fixed tiles that my landlord did not ask him to fix. He cleaned up everything. He left no mess. He was the most professional construction worker that has been in my home and we have had many. I highly recommend him and his company. When I finally purchase my home I will be contacting him to help me with all my construction needs.

Val was absolutely wonderful! He replaced about 30 tiles on a water damaged shower wall, replaced some of the damaged drywall underneath and then beautifully regrouted the entire wall and the tub surround. He came on a Saturday afternoon around 2 and offered a quote and offered to do it then and there which he figured would take 3 hours or so. he did a beautiful job and it did take about 3 hours and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly, highly recommend him. He was extremely courteous and professional in his work and we would not hesitate to use his services again in the future. Thank you Val!

Established Construction has completed multiple projects in my home. Val is extremely professional, cost-effective, and his work is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Established Construction stands out for their excellent customer service and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're looking for reliable and skilled professionals, look no further. Thank you Val and team!

Established construction was a dream to deal with. They came out quick to do the estimate and stuck to it when the work was completed. They did an entire retention wall in two days! Very professional and two great guys to work with. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Wonderful experience with Established Construction. They are extremely professional, diligent, and perform great quality work. If you're looking for precision and excellence, give them a call today! Don't hesitate, they are the best choice in the tri-state area!

Val and his team did great work on our new stairs. They showed up when they said they would and got it all done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Established Construction and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The owner of this Co. Val and his crew were extremely professional, courteous and did a wonderful job, replacing some vinyl panels of my fence. Additionally, the side of my garage had pebbles and they transformed it with cement. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent work. Completely reconstructed our front steps and walkway. Pleasure to work with, reasonably priced, and always returns phone calls. Two of my neighbors gave them work after they saw the work he did for us.

We had some leakage from our roof and called Established Construction. The company is run by Val and his brother, who also did the work for us. They showed up on time, fixed the problem, found an additional problem with our chimney, asked us about it, and solved that problem too. He offered a reasonable price and was polite and a pleasure to work with. He took pictures of the work done on the roof and chimney; he did high quality work that we would recommend to others.

Val and his brother managed to complete a front entrance brick walkway and blue stone stair revision project in one day — efficient, professional, quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the duo and would absolutely use them again for future projects without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Val and his work! We got three projects done, he remodeled the house exterior stairs with new bluestone and decorative tiles, opened up the door to a basement room, and poured and leveled concrete.

Val has great communication and answered all my questions. He is extremely professional and his workmanship is exceptional!! See pictures below for the before and afters to demonstrate the talent! It truly is a complete transformation! Thank you!!

This is the company to call if you need some jobs done around your home! We needed some panels installed on the exterior of our house + close off our fence/add gates - Val came and gave us a great price - he was always immediately accessible via text/call to answer any questions. They were able to get the job done ahead of schedule! So happy with how it all came out - craftsmanship was great! Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Impeccable workmanship and professionalism!!! We removed and replaced our deteriorating front steps and paver walkway. Val and his partner started on time, lived up to thier word and end result was gorgeous!!! He consulted with us through out the projects and we made requests on design that he always honored, which is uncommon for contractors. We got blue stone front steps with matching stone and a grey walkway. I would highly recommend Established Construction.

Val came to my girlfriend's and my home and took on a challenging project. She only wanted a 2 ft. high vinyl fence in front of her home but the fence she wanted was only sold in a 4 ft. height. Val bought the fencing and customized it to fit what my girlfriend wanted. Now her yard was protected from dog walkers and yet people could see her beautiful front yard and all the colors of the many flowers she plants each year. Val and his assistant were very professional, answered all our questions, consulted with us about any concerns they had during the project and did an excellent job. Lastly, the project was reasonably priced. My girlfriend and I would definitely use Val and Established Construction again. We have already been asked by neighbors who put in this fence and we have given them Val's number.

I can’t speak more highly about Val and his team (and his brother!). After getting a number of quotes to pull up and re-pave our large driveway, and replace our old fence, Val was not only competitively priced, but efficient, and responsive (unlike others we reached out to).

He helped suggest solutions for an area we were struggling with and turned our oversized, beat-up, driveway and chain-link fence into a pristine driveway, private fence, and perfect stone patio. He and his brother worked efficiently, and everything was done to the highest standard.

During the project, and immediately after, our neighbors all commented on how great the work was.

Val was a pleasure to work with and even made sure everything was done before a birthday party we were throwing at our house. We will 100% be calling him for future projects and have already recommended him to a friend. It’s really priceless having someone you know does good, honest (and quick!) work.

If I could give 6 stars I would, even 10.

Val called in response to my Angi request and we set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time (actually a little early) and not only priced the job, but said his brother was in the truck and they had what they needed to do our bathroom tile repair job immediately . His price was better than another bid we had received, he was ready to do the work, and explained what needed to be done, so we accepted his bid. He saved us money by cleaning and reusing some of the old tiles. He also did a repair of another area of the bathroom where some tiles were buckling, which was appreciated. Val and his brother did a solid job for us and I am very happy with the work. Super happy in fact!

They did an AMAZING job on demoing and building the back steps on my house. They picked a great set of colors for the bricks that matched the house and offered me a range of options. They also redid all the stucco on the front steps. Beautiful work! They are artists.

Val really knows what he’s doing. He installed our brand new patio start to finish. It is absolutely stunning- a perfect enhancement to our backyard. He also added a fence to our deck AND even noticed our gutters needed cleaning and took care of that as well. It’s great to have a contact who can pretty much do it all. We will definitely be having him back for all of our home improvements moving forward.

Val and his crew finished this project in less than 2 days! They repaired and evened out the floor and made it so much more easy for my husband's wheelchair. Its just beautiful and did such a wonderful professional job!! Thank you so very much! You did a wonderful job and we're so very happy!!
