We had an issue with our smoke detector and need the whole thing replace, and Anthony showed up same day and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He also gave us some tips on replacing ourselves in the future and was overall really friendly and helpful.

I called Anthony in the middle of the night on a Tuesday as it started snowing heavily and he was by me in 30 minutes. The power was randomly going out in part of my home, and the circuit breaker box smelled like melting plastic. He looked around until he found the problematic wiring issue and triaged the situation so we could go to sleep without worrying. I reached out to Fastrak and left a message, within 2 minutes Anthony called me back and was at our house within an hour. ANTHONY IS A SKILLED ELECTRICIAN. OUR CHANDELIER LIGHTS WERE NOT COMING ON. HE FOUND AN EXTRA WIRE THAT WAS NEXT TO THE WIRES OF THE LIGHT SWITCH, IN THE WALL, & FIXED THE PROBLEM.

On a weekend of blistering hot temps our thermostadt and smoke detector wiring went crazy and I contacted Anthony who calmly and politely took the info. He came to our house and resolved a very confusing situation all within a 10 hour period. That's great service by any standards. A few months ago, we had an emergency power outage, and he was immediately responsive and helped us out - going above and beyond and checking in a few days later to see how we were doing.
