The Joe Kenney team in Tampa were AMAZING. Very professional and did an excellent job walking me through their services, as this was my first ever gutter clean in my new house. Not only did they thoroughly explain some issues that were discovered, they proposed solutions and left everything SO clean, and even blew the leaves on our back porch. Replacing a roof may well be one of the dirtiest jobs you can have done. Joe Kenney's crew did a tear off of our flat roof and replaced our rear gutter. We live in a brownstone which has no driveway or street access to the rear, but this seemed to be no problem!
The work that was done is perfect. Everyone at Joe Kenney knows their craft. They are polite, businesslike and prompt.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Joe Kenney. He is a man of his word, something you rarely find nowadays.

With the heavy rains I experienced a kitchen ceiling leak. My new roof was only 8 years old. Saw Joe KENNEY’s truck in town and introduced myself. He came to the house did an inspection and gave me a fair quote. He sent Bill and Tony from his crew to do the repair. They came to work and knew their craft.It wasn’t as bad as we thought and they installed a new heavy duty pipe collar and a few shingles. So Joe Kenney adjusted the repair cost downwards. How honest is that? I highly recommend Joe and his company and would hire them again.

Great people to work with. They actually answered their phone when I called, kept the appointment and dealt with the problem in an efficient and professional manner. They returned as promised to finish the work after the roofing tiles arrived. Pricing was more than fair and I will not hesitate to call on them in the future if I should need any additional roofing repairs.

Joe and his team were extremely easy to deal with. They came out to give an estimate and were able to get us on the schedule and take care of us very quickly. They did an excellent job for a great price! I highly recommend them!

Had them come out to give me an estimate for a small roof repair, clean gutters, and to reposition a gutter downspout. They didnt reposition the downspout and left trash all over my driveway. I had them come out a second time to finish the job, and the downspout still wasnt moved. Got zero communication on this outside of being billed for the full job they never completed.

As a fun continuation here: They didnt reach out until they saw this review, claimed they had done the job (they didnt), and now some 30+ days later are sending me a bill.

Much like other customers have said, dont pay ahead of time for what has turned out to be both subpar work and obnoxiously horrible customer service.

I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience with you. I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the way things turned out. Initially, everything seemed great when they provided me with an estimate. However, the whole experience quickly took a turn for the worse.

They never bothered to keep me informed about their arrival time, even after I took the day off and waited for them. Unfortunately, they showed up late and couldn't complete the job due to the time constraints. They assured me they would call the next day to reschedule, but I never heard back from them.

I made several attempts to get in touch with them, but no one ever picked up or returned my calls. Frankly, this kind of customer service is not acceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am more than grateful to have been referred to Joe Kenny, his wife, Debbie, and his daughter, Alexis, after Hurricane Ian. Working with them was a delight! Their roofing knowledge & expertise as well as their honesty were immediately apparent. They were professional at all times. Phone messages were responded to in a timely manner. They kept me updated on their progress locating matching roof tiles for my home. Alexis called me whenever she said she would! They explained everything they were doing or going to do. Their prices were more than fair and they were genuinely interested in helping me and other neighbors sleep well knowing our roofs were repaired and repaired well!

I first had Joe and his company clean my gutters. I was impressed with the operation. After I discovered a roof leak, I called on him once again to fix the issue, which he did. I also had him repair a section of roof on my mother in laws home …. Very reasonable pricing, responsive and he gets it done…

Please be careful of not paying ahead. Although their roofing people are decent the sales people are opinionated rude. I mentioned that the job done looked unattractive based on neighbors all around the salesperson's answer was that he's been doing this for a long time and my opinion did not count. Please be careful giving these folks any money ahead since the sales staff will not back down and listen to the customer opinion.

Had Bruce and the crew do a gutter repair at my bfs house and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism. Now the gutters work perfectly and we don’t have to stress. Looking forward to when they do the roof in the near future! 10/10 recommend

I had a small leak on my roof. So I started calling company’s to come out to give me quotes. Joe Kenny was the cheapest with a container , roofing , Attic fan , pipe covers , Chimney heat shield and a 30 years warranty. They said this job will approximately take 2 days to do take everything out and putting everything back on brand new. So the next day they started early in the morning and when I came back home from work my roof was all done. I was shocked on how fast they worked all in one day and how clean they are.

Joe is an honest, experienced and reliable roofing contractor. Bruce, the Sales Manager provided an accurate estimate with a reasonable price for the replacement of my entire roof. I really appreciated Bruce’s explanations and recommendations on the project as he walked me through each step.
