Overpriced with No Reason to Justify It!
I'm giving one star only because I got the service done on the same day, but that's about it.
My experience with 1st Choice Plumbing was a complete letdown. They charged an outrageous amount of money for what should have been a simple task - unclogging my toilet. The problem turned out to be something trivial that took less than five minutes to fix. When I asked the staff to explain the issue, they came up with some flimsy excuses.
It's also worth noting that there were two technicians assigned to this job, which is unusual for a clogged toilet situation like mine. What really takes the cake is that the work itself was subpar and overpriced.
Save your money and avoid 1st Choice Plumbing at all costs. Their prices are grossly inflated for the poor quality of service they provide.

Gonzalo and Danny did a great job. My one regret is that I didn't schedule the service sooner. They were incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process wasn't rushed, and now my house feels nice and warm. Thanks again for your work, Gonzalo and Danny!
