Appliance Repair reviews in Long Branch, New Jersey

I was to host a family reunion but my oven decided to break down of all times! I asked for oven repair from Appliance Repair Long Branch as recommended by my best friend. And I’m glad I chose them for the appliance repair. I got my oven fixed quickly without so much hassle.

Process:
1) I called on a Sunday and said I needed a new valve for my range.  provided the Model and Serial number
2) The move my appointment from 9 am to 530 pm, and a guy comes out looks at it for ~4 mins and confirmed I need a new valve.  Gave him the service fee as I had agreed to do
3) 4 days go by, I called twice for an update.  Once on Tuesday asking for the status of the valve part, and they said they haven't been able to get ahold of the technician because he had too many jobs.  Second time I called they said he's been sick all week lol.
4) I called again on Friday, and mind you my only stove hasnt been working for close to a week now and they said that the part is unavailable.  Then I asked if it would be available in the future and someone else comes in the phone and says that the part doesnt exist.  Mind you, this is a 3 year old range/stove.  I then simply googled the range and valve, and there are hundreds of options online.
5) I had asked for a refund for the service fee, and offered the guy money if there was any chance he would call me back, he said 100% we will call you back within 24 hours.  Its now been 3 days.
What a joke of a company.  Do not use them. For the record, this is my first review I've ever made

The dishes were still dirty after a full cycle on the dishwasher and it bothered me so I called Appliance Repair Long Branch for help. The technician found out that the spray arms were broken. I saw his commitment to finish the dishwasher repair as soon as possible. Two thumbs up for this amazing appliance service company!!

I was about to finish the whole laundry when I noticed that my dryer wasn’t working properly. As I lifted my clothes after spinning, my clothes were still soaked in a soapy bath. I immediately acquired for dryer repair services. And I am very much impressed with Appliance Repair Long Branch for doing a superb repair job.

The dishwasher had a strong odor after every cycle. It was repaired and cleaned, and now it smells fresh. Dishes come out sparkling too.

Our dryer took much longer than usual to dry clothes, even on higher settings. After service, drying efficiency improved significantly.
