Reviews of local pros in Lyndhurst, New Jersey

Services provided were impeccable! Each room was provided the attention needed as no task was too big nor small for the amount of detail the staff, including the owner, provided. Definitely will continue to use their services & highly recommend them.

This is a team of great people with impeccable service. They are extremely good at their work and leave your house sparkling clean. I am a very organised person myself and not easily satisfied with just normal cleaning. The way they detail clean is so good and effective. I will be availing their service regularly. They are also very professional and best cleaners I have had so far.

I have had the experience of having this cleaning service! and they are very careful people, I love it, I definitely recommend this cleaning service, my house always smells fresh, I will definitely use their services.

We have been using Softie Cleaning for over a year and highly recommend them! They clean thoroughly and as luck would have it, they’re very nice and considerate.

I have been using Softie Cleaning Services for about a year now. I have used other cleaning services prior and no one was as good as Sofia! She does a very detailed cleaning and doesn't take any shortcuts. She is also super flexible with scheduling. I can trust her in my home and I definitely recommend her for your home too!

Loved the outcome of this cleaning service. I was a little nervous because our last cleaning service FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY broke a glass shelf and didn’t clean correctly but this one was amazing. Super responsive, on time and very detail oriented with the cleaning. We will definitely be using this service at least once a month at minimum!

We have been relying on Softie Cleaning services for over a year. They provide an excellent reliable service and do great work. They come prepared with their own cleaning supplies and tools, and have good attention to detail. They also leave some nice touches and give good suggestions. Highly recommend as they they are friendly, considerate, flexible, and quick to response.

I started using Softie services once a month for the last year and she is amazing. She is always on time, very detailed to clean, the quality of her work is always excellent. When I got pregnant, I started using her services more frequently and I love the fact that she uses products that do not harm me or my baby, she is too careful cleaning and most importantly she is very honest. I highly recommend the services of this company.

Prompt and great service ! We really enjoy having Softie Cleaning Services in our home, they have been a great addition to our cleaning efforts when the new season starts. I would 100% recommend to any and every one.

Terrible cleaning. Paid $300 for a deep cleaning moving into a new place. The place was cleaned with a swifter wet mop & duster. Had to remind the team to clean areas as agreed. Spent hours cleaning after they left. Mop water was brown, cabinets were still greasy. Company refunded half the money but should not have charged at all. Definitely not sanitized or deep cleaned. Owner said they had to pay their staff so couldn’t refund my money, why is this my issue. Absolute rip off, just buy a swifter mop & duster and you can save the money, do it yourself!

Fantastic job! The ladies that came to my home went above and beyond to make my house sparkle. They were prompt, professional, paid attention to the little things, and left every room spotless. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing! Left my house spotless- down to the crevices in my kitchen oven, cabinets, everything! They were super professional and came with their own equipment. I asked them to clean my garage and unfinished basement and the difference was undeniable. Respectful of property and wore masks the entire time. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

I requested for a deep cleaning for my kitchen and bathroom.

They went to the extra mile. 👌🏻

I was outside home while they were cleaning my home; they got all the instructions to be able to get into.

All things were clean, organized and I found a wonderful smell. They explained me I can stay at my home during the cleaning service because they use environmentally friendly products.

Highly recommended!

We hired Softie Cleaning to deep clean our kitchen cabinets and ceiling fan in a place we are moving into soon. They arrived early and cleaned the whole kitchen! The fan hadn't been cleaned in years apparently. They still managed to get it respectably clean in spite of the amount of grime that was there. Cabinets looked great when they finished. Rest of kitchen was also handled very well. Great job Softie team! Total pros.

BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN NJ.

My wife & I inquired about the deep cleaning service for our kitchen - (they were able to pass by the same day for a free estimate & got the service done the very next day!)

The staff is so awesome & professional!

Pricing is super reasonable, compared to these other cleaning providers we called.

We loved the service & will definitely be using Softie Cleaning services for any of our cleaning needs. 5 stars!

I’ve hired Softie Cleaning a few times for my cleaning needs and each time they’ve been prompt and friendly and have done amazing work! They’ve managed to leave some of my toughest “hard to get” areas sparkling clean. They bring all of their own materials and dispose of all trash when they’re done! Best of all, I’m able to get my work done while they clean without any disruption whatsoever. I’ll definitely continue using their services in the future and recommend that you do the same!

Their work is outstanding. When they're done, it feels like you've just moved into a brand-new home. One thing I value is that I can leave my home in their hands with complete peace of mind—they’re incredibly trustworthy. On top of that, their pricing is affordable, and they work quickly and thoroughly. I love using their service. Book them—you won't regret it.

Sofia is a gem. She is fast efficient cheerful and a pleasure to have in my home. She does a fantastic job.

EXCELLENT!!! Very happy with everything. Response to initial call. On time. And I can’t say enough about the 2 woman that came to clean. It was a post construction cleanup. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Softie.
