I found Lepore through a request in Angi. I submitted my HVAC request and received 5 contractors. I only dealt with 4 of them, as the name brand Sears didn't resonate with me.

2 of the 4 contractors tried to up sell me on the replacement system while 2 others provided what I would consider a very fair price with options. I went with Mike because he was the owner and dealt directly with me. He was very detailed, gave options and followed up with all of my questions. Once we agreed on the project, it was a very quick turn and the job was done within a full day. The new system works great and he was able to fix a few other minor venting issues that my prior service provider overlooked.

I would recommend using Mike Lepore for your HVAC needs. Support small business, fair priced, very detailed and delivers on the job.

Unresponsive and sloppy work. Our fridge water line leaked after a move, and a technician came to check it. I showed him all the valves, but he claimed there was no valve for the fridge water line and installed a new one. As new homeowners, we trusted his judgment.

Later, another company installing our new fridge indicated that one of the existing valves I had shown was indeed for the fridge water line and was functioning properly. What's worse was that the new valve installed was incompatible with fridge water lines and should have been flush with the wall to prevent damage. Instead, it was installed on a copper line poking 10 inches out from the wall.

I’ve been calling this company and leaving voicemails for the past two days to get a bill and more information, but no response. Would not recommend.

Called Lepore's Plumbing to connect up a washer and gas dryer, run a dryer vent, and replace a couple of valves on the washer. Brian was phenomenal, had a great professional demeanor, and completed the reqeusts very quickly. As I recently purchased the home, he also walked me through a number of my other mechanical systems ensuring that i knew how to operate them and when service may be required down the road. Very prompt and courteous service, reasonably priced, and would be happy to use them again for future projects.

I was so glad I used Lepore's for my urgent plumbing problem. We woke up to our basement toilet overflowing because the main was clogged. I contacted Mike at 7:30AM and he was here by 9. This turned into a complicated job and he worked tirelessly to finish it. Use Lepore's for your plumbing.

We woke up this morning to a 50 degree house. I placed a service call at 7:00AM, and by 9:00 the technician was at my house. After a quick trip to the supply house for a part, my system was up and running again before lunch. Excellent, clean, and fast service! Highly recommend!

Lepore’s is always my go to for plumbing help. My boiler recently died. Mike responded right away and had things up and running with a new boiler in no time. Easy to work with on scheduling and fast response time. Reasonable on pricing — you are paying for expert service, while some others charge you to cover their website, franchise costs,, fancy trucks, etc. This is a small business that cares about their reputation.
