Richard Taylo Plumbing & Heating was referred to me by a family member in the contracting business over 10 years ago. I have have used Mr. Taylo's company for big and small jobs in my home and have always been satisfied with their quality of work, price, and value.

Rich and team are very responsive and professional. My largest project with them was replacing a steam boiler in my house. I was especially impressed with the care taken in removal of the old boiler. Excellent workmanship.

They took my messy builder installed plumbing and cleaned it up and also installed an irrigation water meter. They were fast and reasonably priced. Communication was excellent. Very happy with their service.

Not a big fan of the cloud of pot smoke surrounding the Taylo truck working at my neighbors house.

When my very old hot water tank started leaking, I called 5 different plumbers to urgently help. Only one called back (!!!) and that was Taylo Plumbing. They were at my house within 45 minutes of the call, with a brand new tank at a reasonable price (less than PSEG had offered). They did great work and cleaned up afterward so that my utility room was cleaner after they left than when they arrived! Everyone was so professional and friendly, from the person I spoke to on the phone to all the workers doing the job. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing and heating needs. Thank you!

Edited to add: I used Taylo Plumbing again, this time for a water softener and kitchen faucet installation. Awesome service once again. They’re definitely my go-to plumbing service for my new home!

Rich is an ethical plumber in an unethical world. He gets back to you in seconds. He checked up on my 82 year old mother-in-law’s pilot light all weekend to make sure did not come off again. Mind you he doesn’t work weekends. He’s smart. This is HOW you make the big money. You build loyalty. We always need a plumber, and now we have Rich!!

Don’t hire if you want the installer of your boiler and radiant heating system to return to service/troubleshoot your/their system. Despite installing our system during a major renovation, we received the following response from Taylo when we reached out for help, “we are focusing on plumbing these days - installs, repairs, renovations…we are referring Ron Jon heating and cooling for heating & HVAC.”

Called Gatti Plumbing to locate a leak in an under ground sewer pipe and to repair a bathroom/ kitchen drain line leaking into the basement apartment quickly. I would recommend them due to the quick profesional response.

First reached out to Gatti plumbing after our downstairs bathroom was flooding from under the toilet one week into living in our new house. It soon turned out we had a major problem on our hands as there was a break in our sewer line and the pipe was backpitched right below our house. We ended up using Gatti Plumbing for a snaking, a hydrojetting, videoing the pipe with a camera, locating the break with sonar, breaking through cement and ground to expose the pipe, and finally replacing the pipe.

This was a stressful and time-consuming experience, but through it all, the various people who came here to do the work (Nick was the most frequent among them) showed great care and tried to make the experience as pain-free as possible. The pipe is fixed now, and we have had no subsequent problems. The team also also did an excellent job cleaning up after what was a large and messy job.

Gatti Plumbing proved to be a valuable, prompt, and productive service . They demonstrated proficiency in outlining the procedural steps, and went the extra mile to assist me with a minor problem involving my washing machine hoses.
