We have used Vaughan for several years for our oil furnace maintenance, but when we recently had an issue with the oil tank, Vaughan handled it quickly and professionally, even securing a sub contractor for us. David, in particular went above and beyond. Vey happy with the outcome, and we highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Vaughan to replace our hot water heater. Our technician Jules was quick, dependable, kind and professional. Would highly recommend !

I just had my heater serviced on 12/2. Mike asked me to come down into the basement he showed me a leak coming from the sewer line. I saw the water on the floor. He said he could call the plumbers if I wanted him to do that. He called them they were out within 2 hours Tom and his partner ( I apologize I can't remember his name but he was just as professional as Tom). Tom told me what was going on with the leak. I had the leak repaired on 12/5. I was at work because you know when you know you can trust people. Tom called me on my cell phone when he got to my house. The guys that did the work, I never got to meet them but I could see them on my Ring Camera they were working and doing what they needed to do to get the job done. They had to cut a hole in my dining room bottom wall to get to the pipes that were leaking they sent me pictures and a video. They secured where they had to make the cut. They were all amazing they left nothing behind and Tom insured me that everything is good. He told me if I have any issues on questions to call him. I have been with Vaughn since 2019. I usually don't write reviews but that whole team deserves it from Mike who came out just to do my annual service on the heater to Tom and his team who made me feel relieved that the sewer issues have been repaired and corrected. Thank all of you at Vaughn, the girls are so polite when you call. Happy to have them!!!

The Vaughan team was the right choice for converting my heating system from oil to gas. Friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. John, David, and James were great! They explained the new system and stayed until all testing was completed. I highly recommend them.

I recently had Vaughan Comfort Services add a ducted heat pump system for the second floor of my house, which always struggled to stay cool in the summer. The unit was installed in our attic. From start to finish, my experience with Vaughan was outstanding.

During the quoting phase, Jim and Lynn were incredibly nice and personable. Jim listened to our needs and concerns, and provided a solution that met our goals and budget. Jim and Lynn's honesty and willingness to help their customers were evident from the get-go.

The installation itself was handled by James and Dave, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were not only skilled technicians, but also courteous and respectful of our home. They went above and beyond, cleaning up any messes and ensuring that the installation was done perfectly. They even entertained my 3 year old daughter when she wanted to show off some of her toys.

What also impressed me was their professionalism and willingness to accommodate our requests. They were able to fulfill our request to use a specific thermostat, even though it would be more complex vs using the standard one.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Vaughan. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed, and have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.

Our first experience with Vaughn convinced us we made an excellent choice. They solved a longtime problem with our heating/AC system very quickly and without any delays. The time frame quoted was precisely what occurred.

Our technician installed all the new parts and the process went smoothly on the planned day and time. His technical knowledge and experience were very much in evidence. He also was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained what he did and answered our questions easily. He was especially helpful with the thermostat replacement.

We are elated to have the job completed so quickly and plan to use Vaughan Comfort Services for maintenance and any possible problems in the future.

We had an issue with our heater on Friday and called Vaughan first thing Saturday morning. Our technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Vaughan is a great choice for any heating/air issue you may run into.

We inherited Vaughan as our HVAC and plumbing service provider when we purchased our new home and I’m so glad we did. From preventative maintenance, to service calls to new installs, their professionalism and customer service is top notch. I recommend them to everyone!

The price was competitive and Aidan, John, and David arrived on time and were courteous and efficient.The installation was completed on time despite various challenges presented by our previous equipment. Definitely recommend Vaughan!

Our experience with Vaughn has been nothing short of spectacular from the moment we made the call to the final installation of our new AC Unit! Everyone along the way was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. John and David demonstrated how truly skilled and expert they are during the entire installation. I highly recommend VAUGHN for all of your HVAC needs! I would give them 6 STARS if I could.

I called Vaughn last month when my furnace stopped heating. I'm new to the area and had never used any HVAC companies here. I reached out to them because of the excellent reviews. My first call was early on a Sunday morning and I got the answering service and then got an immediate call back from Mike. He tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone and let me know that if they came out on Sunday I would be charged the higher emergency rate. I decided to wait until Monday and he said someone would call me from the office around 9am. I got a call, as promised, at 9am but my heat had started working again so I thanked them and said I would call back when needed. My heat stopped working again last night and I called today at 2pm and was told they could have someone out by 6pm today. At 3pm I got an email that Dalton was on the way and he was here 30 minutes later. I told him that my furnace was 20 years old and I expected to be told to just replace it, but he said let's see what we find and it turned out that I just needed a new capacitor. He said if I can get another couple of years out of the furnace that the technology is changing and I'm better off waiting if I can, which was fine with me. I paid $95 for the service call and $90 for the part and Dalton was amazing. He showed me exactly what he was doing and why and explained what I need to look out for as I may still need a motor down the road, but that hopefully just the capacitor will do the trick. He could have sold me a new motor, or even a whole new furnace, but he didn't. He did what he needed to do to get my furnace going and he said I might even be good for another 5 years. So happy to have found such an honest company and will be calling them again to check on my AC when the weather gets warmer. I highly recommend Vaughn and assure you that you won't be disappointed. The installation was completed on schedule, with great attention to detail and no mess left behind. I appreciated their clear communication and honest recommendations. I had to make some updates to my heating/air so of course I called Vaughan and was fortunate to have John, David, and James handle the work. They were friendly, respectful of my property, and they walked me through each step of the process. They even answered all of my questions, and there were many. The guys cleaned up as they worked and made sure that everything was up and running before they left.

Too often contractors are condescending and try to brush off questions and concerns but John, Dave, and James were just the opposite. I appreciate that Vaughan hires courteous, respectful, and hard working employees.
