I recently had a pool installed and I couldn't be happier! The team was professional and attentive throughout the entire process, from start to finish. They were always punctual and cleaned up at the end of each day. Bill was always available to answer all of my questions and Paula was there to help me through the permitting process and scheduling. For anyone looking to install a pool call these guys—they exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I recently decided to transform our backyard with an inground pool and a complete renovation. After obtaining several quotes from several company’s for vinyl pools, we were introduced to Bill Butler from Backyard Oasis Pools and Spas. Bill proposed a fiberglass option, highlighting its low maintenance and durability. The price was very comparable to the vinyl quotes we received, but the benefits of fiberglass were compelling.

We chose a Latham "Laguna" fiberglass pool in Pearl White with the Crystite Crystal finish. Latham offers a vast selection of sizes, shapes, and colors for fiberglass pools, allowing us to find the perfect match for our vision. The construction process was impressively quick, starting in early November and almost entirely completed by March.

Bill's crew didn't just stop at the pool; they handled the entire patio, retaining walls, fire pit area, custom lighting throughout the property, pool lights, and a stunning waterfall feature. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the project.

A big thank you to Paula for handling all communication and finances, and Bill's crew for their hard work and dedication. They were the ones who did the entire construction, and their professionalism and skill were outstanding.

Pricing was very fair, and working with Bill was a pleasure. He truly saw our vision and brought it to life, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We highly recommend Backyard Oasis Pools and Spas for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Bill and his team exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the final result.

We had a great experience renovating our house with Dave at Coli. Dave has a good and patient demeanor, was helpful with design suggestions and was always willing to correct any issues along the way (that are inevitable in any construction project). Project moved along fast and as scheduled and subcontractors were all high quality.

Not only did they expertly rebuild my house in exactly the fast timeframe they told me upfront, they also kept the whole thing in budget. Coli construction was a blessing to us! They did an addition to our home and did a fantastic job. Dave was attentive, detailed, professional and moved the project along very smoothly. He returned calls right away and was super organized.

We hired Coli Construction to build our home. We had evaluated about a half dozen contractors before awarding the job to Coli. During the evaluation process, we found them to be transparent and fair in the pricing, and honest about the timelines on which they could finish the project.

Dave was our foreman and did a great job of managing us throughout the build. While they shared a timeline of when various decisions needed to be made, invariably plans required adjustment and Dave was able to move things around to ensure the work kept moving. We rarely experienced days where subcontractors were not on site getting work done.

We were about 75% complete when COVID hit, which threw everything up in the air. Dave really moved mountains to ensure we were able to move in essentially on time.

Like any large project, not everything is going to go to plan. I give Coli and Dave specifically credit for always stepping up to make things right, even when we may have disagreed on what the best remedy would be.

It's been four years since we moved in, and to this day we still get prompt support from Coli whenever we have new things to take care of - no matter how big or small.

Overall, Coli is an honest contractor, willing to be flexible (i.e. if you have certain subs you prefer to work with), and is about making things right. We'd recommend them to anyone seeking home improvement or a new construction.

Home renovations are stressful and time-consuming - no way around it. Especially a large 2nd floor addition where you have to move out. But Dave Rave and Coli Construction made it so much easier. They are reliable, quick (which saved us $$ on rent) and very fair with pricing. You get billed for only the work they complete. We signed a contract months before our start date and work commenced on the exact date agreed upon. Dave has years of experience that is truly invaluable and doesn’t let the subs run the job, which results in even better outcomes for the client. Every single Coli employee I interacted with was very hard working, talented, and respectful. They will fix anything you don’t like, and they genuinely care about their clients! So rare in a construction company. Of course it’s your project/home, so you have to stay on top of it and be hands-on with visiting the property to check on progress - but that is to be expected. So happy we found Coli and will definitely be using them in the future for any home renovations!
