Had 3 infected trees and 3 massive trees removed. They came and knocked them out in 1 day no problem. Amazing service and will 100% be using them for everything tree related from now on. No question about it, they are the best around for your tree needs 10/10 recommend

They came to give an estimate when they said they would. They came within the timeframe to do the work when they said they would. They gave 24 hours notice before coming to do the work. They did all the work they said they would according to the estimate. Cleanup was excellent. Their price was competitive. Five stars as far as I'm concerned.

11/2024 I hired them for a small job. Owner came out same day for an estimate and a few days later the crew returned & they did a great job. Thank you.

I was in the process of selling my mom's house when hurricane isaias blew through NJ. A very large limb fell due to the storm and left the rest of a very large beech tree still standing. It didn't look pretty but was still standing. Unfortunately because of the storm every tree service was backlogged . I called Chris and explained my mom's recent passing and the house closing was in two weeks. He very kindly went to the house and called me with the price which was so reasonable . He also said he'd have to take it down without a crane due to lack of neighbors cooperation. He and his guys not only removed the tree ,they ground this enormous stump and cleaned up. I live in PA and he did all this without me there. He was the only person who told me he would expedite the removal and he did so 1 week before the closing. He assured me that it would be taken care of and it was. He made this very difficult time so much easier for my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Chris. Best customer service I've experienced. Very professional and down to earth.

Highly recommend Mahwah Tree! Actually, they were recommended to us by another tree service guy who came out to give us estimate and swore me to secrecy. They were professional, thorough and very responsive. We had one particular tree so ensnared in multiple wires between my house and neighbors and they expertly removed it with ease. Oh yeah...and very reasonably priced!

We just used Mahwah Tree Corp to trim most of the trees in our yard. This included removing dead wood, elevating low branches and removing limbs near the house, electrical wires and driveway. Chris, one of the owners, met with me both before and after the work. He prepared a detailed proposal at a fair price to meet our needs. His team did a great job and was on site working from about 8 am to 4 pm to get the job done in one day. They were thorough in cleaning up and did exactly what the proposal called for. I like to be able to use local help where possible and would definitely use Mahwah Tree Corp again.

I’ve been using Mahwah Tree Company for years. They are responsive, careful, professional and above all wonderful to deal with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We live in an older neighborhood with many large trees. Tim and his crew keep them healthy with deep root feeding and deadwood pruning, always cutting just the right amount - no more than necessary. They take great care to make sure that limbs which could cause damage to your home or property are removed for safety. I recommend Tim and Mahwah Tree Company without a single reservation.

We have used Mahwah tree to look after the trees & bushes in our garden for the past six years. I’ve dealt personally with Tim on a number of occasions. I find them to be very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and good value. Specifically, we use them to apply a horticultural oil to our trees in both the spring and fall, to wilt proof our laurel bushes and spray, our boxwoods. He did a thorough inspection of the trees around our property when we first moved in, and arranged to trim some where necessary.

Outstanding! Their work and their service is just absolutely the best! We have had other tree work done by other businesses before and now we will not need to shop around ever again. The only problem with writing a glowing review is that I fear they will get so in demand we won't be able to contract with them if we need them again. Great guys. Honest, reliable, good work, fair prices - there is nothing not to like about them.

This deserves more than 5 stars! This is my first review for a business ever and I was compelled to write one. Everything from the service, to the professionalism, to the final output was just outstanding. Chris is very knowledgeable, his team is hard working and went above and beyond expectations. He took great care of the property while doing the work and I really felt like what he did for me, he did it as if it were his own home. I wish more companies were Mahwah Tree Corp. I highly recommend Mahwah Tree Corporation!! Chris was such a pleasure, most responsive and showed he cared. Office assistants were also very responsive. From the time I called, Chris quickly made all necessary arrangements for this particular tree removal near electrical lines. He kept me informed, showed up on time with his crew who all worked safely, efficiently, and left the grounds very clean! They took on a job other contractors didn't want, and I am so grateful for the great job they did!

Really easy to work with. They gave me a good fair estimate, made a couple of suggestions about things that made sense and I did not think about and then the day of the job they did even more just because "It was the right thing to do" Chris said. The crew was well coordinated, hard working and fast. They were careful taking the trees down and maneuvered the cranes with so much precision.
Very good experience. 7 large trees gone in one day plus the next day they took away the trunks.

I was incredibly happy with the excellent work Mahwah Tree provided. Every step of the process (from scheduling an estimate to the "clean up" after the work was performed) was a "five star" worthy experience. I had them come to give me an estimate for a specific issue I was having with a partially broken branch on my property and asked them to do a full "check up" on the other trees. They gave me an honest estimate - never trying to "upsell" me and even explaining to me why I didn't need certain work I thought (mistakenly) might be needed. They could have easily taken my money for work that wasn't really needed but, instead, they were honest and candid about what was needed, what might be recommended and what I didn't need at all. I was very satisfied with the price (which was much less than what I anticipated) and scheduled the work for the following week. When the team showed up (on time as scheduled) they came ready to WORK! They knocked off the list of tasks efficiently but with precision and focus. They cleaned up after themselves in a way that left NOTHING for me to do. I was incredibly impressed by Mahwah Tree in every way. I've worked with countless contractors and rarely have I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience with "no notes" and nothing I would have liked done differently. I will be sure to recommend them to all my neighbors, friends and colleagues. I found them on a Google search myself and hoped the reviews were accurate (but was skeptical). Mahwah Tree Corporation is simply the best option around for the homeowner with big tree jobs. We had a massive oak with a bad split. Very dangerous and very close to my home and my neighbor's home. Very little room to bring the tree down safely, and no entry for a crane. Most of the other companies I asked to bid didn't want the job or priced it out of range. Chris and his crew were really incredible. They got the job done quickly, efficiently, neatly, and at a competitive price. Plus, the service is personal. I also learned a lot about the trees on my yard because Chris took the time to walk my property and educate me. I highly recommend Chris and Mahwah Tree Corporation!

Amazing service and fantastic price. I shopped around for a tree removal service because I've had bad experiences in the past. Tim made me comfortable with his personality and knowledge. He's easy to reach when I had questions and the company is extremely well managed and organized. On the day of the removal, my huge trees were down in 2 hours and didn't have a single issue. My husband and I were extremely impressed with all aspects of this company. They responded to our call quickly and scheduled us and showed up when they said. We had 3 large trees heavily pruned and a cable installed on one of them. The entire team, was friendly, informative and extremely professional. From the moment they arrived, they took the time to not only show us what they were planning on doing but their expertise on why which I thought was great. During the pruning process, they were careful around our yard to move furniture and outdoor accessories as well as returning it all to their places when they were finished and that includes all the plants and flowers.
