Leaf Out Landscaping are skilled professionals who do meticulous work. Tom, Tyler, and their hard-working crew did an amazing job installing a retaining wall, patio, and walkway. Tom is always very respectful, accommodating, patient, and responsive. They were there every day without fail and got the project done ahead of schedule and on budget. I am so impressed by their hard work and high standards, and I could not be happier with my beautiful new outdoor living space. I will continue to use Leaf Out for all future projects.

We have used Leaf Out Landscaping multiple times over the past few years, ranging from Spring cleanup, tearing out of old shrubs and replacing with new ones, to rebuilding a compromised retaining wall. We worked with Tom and found him and his crew to be knowledgeable, professional, and accomodating. We recently had them do a concrete pad and trench for pool equipment, and they were flexible and came on short notice so we were able to complete so other parts of the project weren’t delayed. Pricing is upfront and fair, and we highly recommend them.

Life has been extremely busy lately to say the least and unfortunately my entire yard really suffered during this time. Leaf Out had done simpler work for us in the past so when it was time to call for help they were the first call. Tom came out almost immediately and assessed the yard, I was sent all of my options the same day and we had a plan in place. The work was completed yesterday and needless to say the work done to revive the entire property was nothing short of amazing! Leaf Out made my house feel like a home again and I am so grateful. They will remain my go to for all things home and landscaping. Thank you all again!

I can’t tell you how happy I am with my stairs. As you can see from the first two pictures, my stairs were falling apart and were a liability to us as anyone could have gotten hurt. Tommy came out to my house, provided me with a quote and made my vision come to life. The owners are very detail oriented. The work took 2 days. They came by daily to check on the progress and made sure that the work on the stairs went according to the plan. Not only are my stairs sturdy but, they also match the exterior of the house. I love my stairs and highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Leaf Out Landscaping to install sod, a new patio, and a fence in our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail.

Leaf Out Landscaping did a wonderful job building our three tier retaining wall! They prepared a rendering while they were providing us the estimate to give us a visual for how it will look when completed. They were very professional and accommodated our requests throughout the project. They also coordinated with the town and soil conservation district to expedite the permitting. They even picked out and installed the beautiful landscaping on top of the walls. We are so happy with the results and we always get compliments on how it looks. We highly recommend Tyler and Tom for any retaining wall project!

I filled claim for a broken A/C system and they made up a reason to deny my claim. The tech reported that my A/C system is old and it’s a pre-existing condition, Although my air condition was working fine when I got the house.
Terrible customer service, long wait times for service, and their technicians do not show up once you schedule an appointment, and when you call the scheduled tech they are extremely rude.
Worst group of people have ever encountered.

created a claim (oven broke), tech came out and determined issue (he got approval), he prepared to fix the issue (igniter) and told me I had to pay the deductible PLUS shipping fee.
Called SHW and they said yes, that they did not authorize any shipping fee for the part and therefore I had to pay it and if I wanted to dispute the charge, they would not approve the rest of the claim either (blackmailing me). Jeff (clearly not his real name)- supervisor with the existing claims department is the one who was blackmailing me.
Cancelling my warranty today. Filing BBB report.
